Fixed that but have returned multiple times to keep issuing same resolution of more freon added. System will go a few days until it can't keep up with set point. Secondary line now drains when it never did. Did not replace my filter dryer after opening my system. Last visit they told me it was outside coils being dirty. Why is that all of a sudden an issue 2 weeks later? Left a hole in the top of my air handler after that visit. Overall, they have caused me to miss/leave work multiple times to meet them in hopes they will fix it that time. I'm tired of being hot and frustrated. Shocking thing is that they came well recommended. Such a shame!

They serviced it and cooled us off for the sweltering weekend. They would not even let me pay for the service call at that time since they thought we were going to need a new unit soon. Had to have them back shortly and they installed a new heat pump in place of our dying AC. The heat pump that Tom recommended cools our home very well and has drastically cut our heating bill in the winter just as Tom said it would. They know their stuff they are honest, hard-working and respond quickly when you need them. Just had another AC and coils replaced at a different house and they saved us from another heat wave in superhero fashion. They are very fair and pricing is more than reasonable. They stand behind their work and they get it done quickly. I think from all of my interactions with them over the past few summers that I can actually call Tom a friend not just my AC guy. They asked several questions and listened to what I had to say on the phone and assured me they could likely solve my A/C problems at a much more reasonable rate. Once they made it out to my place, they didn't try to push me on the most expensive, brand name units. Secondly, while the other competitor said I needed to replace both the upper A/C unit in my attic and the lower unit on the side of my house, Seal confirmed the lower unit was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced since it was only installed six years ago. Long story short, they were able to replace the entire upper unit while saving me thousands! They also completed the work quickly and professionally. My house is blowing cold air again and I can't wait to see the energy savings in the summer. I even received a text confirming my appointment that day and later that day I received another text showing, "Michael from Optimum Air Co. its on the way." And it came with a link to track their arrival along with a photo of the person. This was really professional and loved the promptness. The tracker showed that his ETA is 2:03, which is right on time, and he came, right on time. I must say, Mike is very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The issue I was having was no power to the unit, and before then, the fan didn't turn off at all. He fixed both. He wired something, and showed before of the issue and showed me actually what he was doing. I was so pleased by the professionalism, that I requested a quote to replace my entire furnace and a/c, because I knew that eventually it will need to be replaced.
