Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.

He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. The level of knowledge and care he brought to this project was exceptional. Justin was very generous with his vast knowledge in the area. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. He ran multiple dry runs with our generator to ensure every targeted breaker was functioning properly, and even took the panel back off to include an additional circuit I initially didn't think would be necessary, but ultimately agreed was important for emergency situations. That extra level of diligence and care is rare. Justin is a one-man operation, but you'd never know it based on the quality of his work and professionalism. He is everything you could hope for in an electrician and more. He will absolutely be our go-to electrician moving forward. Pricing was fair as well. Parts were ordered. Monday I get a call from Allie explaining how long it would take to get the parts from the manufacturer & when to expect my AC to be fixed. Allie was friendly, kind, compassionate, & helpful the few times we spoke. Excellent customer service! The following Monday (yesterday) Arturo came to replace the coil in my attic. I was told in advance that it would be an all day job. No problem. Arturo walked us through & showed us the problems that caused our AC coil to need replacement once the old coil was out. It was fantastic getting a mini teaching lesson about home AC. He took the time to explain the possible issues with the unit outside too. At the very end we ran into a problem. Arturo said he would be happy to stay & troubleshoot, or come back today. No point to come back out even though he'd been working all day. He quickly found the problem & the AC was up & running. Kudos to Arturo! I know nothing about AC repairs, but the cost was reasonable to me. I actually had to raise my AC a few degrees because my house was so cool this morning. Humans & dogs are very happy.
