From the moment that I entered her imaculate office, staffed by incredibly caring an authentic employees, I knew that this was not your typical dentist office. Then, as I was ushered into a state-of-the-art dental room equipped with everything from optic camera to see my teeth, to sunglasses and earphones to keep me comfortable, I felt all my tension and apprehension melt away. Then I met dr. Keerty. To describe her dental style I think it's best to say that out of all of her high-tech tools her most powerful is genuine care for her patients. Not just her patients teeth. I can't remember who recommended Ensodentistry or "Dr. Keerti" to me but I am so eternally grateful. Why? * She's really really good. Wasn't afraid to tackle a tough problem that my previous dentist was unwilling to get into. None of the work I've had done has hurt at all. Great with a needle. Specializes in TMJ/TMD. * She cares. She takes the time to explain things in an easy to understand way. She constantly asks how I'm doing during procedures and I trust that I won't be surprised. She proactively called me after hours on two occasions to check on me (once after dental surgery and once after a fall induced by said surgery - don't ask :$ ) * She believes in pain/fear management. Laughing gas is a wonderful thing! * The entire office is digital. No paper at all. And the xrays are digital and can be blown up - you can see all kinds of details (apparently not a new technology, but I was impressed) * The office is really well run - really nice and on top of it staff. I go here for the usual quarterly dental cleaning. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The owner, Dr Keerti is awesome. She always makes sure to check in with you if she's around - which is true almost 95% of the times. The rest of the dentist staff is awesome. They give you blankets if they know it will be a prolonged cleaning. I came here for my wisdom tooth extraction and couldn't be more happier. They made me relax - provided laughing gas and enough anesthetics to bear the pain. I don't think they do any major surgeries here any more but I could be wrong. Please check with them before you decide to pay a visit. If you want non dreadful and non-apprehensive dentist visits, look no further, Enso is the place to go. They accept most major insurance and after your check-up visit, they give you their quoted amounts for any major things you need to get done in the near future. You can then decide to go there or not. There's ample parking in the area and it's conveniently located close to WA-520. read more

The front desk and billing and scheduling are the best I have ever experienced at a dentist (and I have been to a lot over the years). They are so helpful and professional and flexible. Like a lot of people in this area, I am a transplant from out of state. When I broke a tooth last February I freaked out because I didn't have a local dentist to go to. I e-mailed Enso Dentistry at about 2am asking for an emergency appointment in the morning. Before I was even dressed the next day, the phone rang and it was Andrea letting me know that if I came in immediately they would squeeze me in first thing that morning. I was thrilled! From that day, Dr. Keerti and her team have been there guiding me through the process which included having to get a periodontal consult, extracting the tooth and eventually putting in the permanent crown. Everyone has been very accommodating (whether it be my timeline, financial situation, or requests for detailed information about each piece of the dental work) every step of the way. The Enso Family truly cares about you as a person. They want to know how you're doing, both in the dental chair and outside. When I went in recently they even noticed that I had a new hairstyle!! I have dental anxiety and have avoided getting caught up on dental care for years. I finally had no choice but to go in after a tooth broke this January. The staff at Enso Dentistry helped me figure out which treatment to prioritise and came up with a care plan that worked for me. So far, I've been in for a consultation and 2 sessions of deep cleaning. The hygienist who did my deep cleaning did an amazing job, she was considerate and really put me at ease. The front desk staff is also really helpful at figuring out scheduling and billing, which is great when you have a lot of work happening in a shorter period of time. Last year I was confronted with an unexpected need to replace a tooth - a canine. My existing dentist was almost cavalier about my options - I felt a bit at sea. I decided to get a second opinion and scheduled a meeting with Dr. Keerti. She took the time to really explain the options and my specific issues and limitations with my bite. I finally felt like I could make a real informed decision. She then went out of her way to collaborate closely with my oral surgeon and my orthodontist for the rest of my care to ensure that my bite was in the best shape it could be before she stared her work on my new bridge. In the end, I have a restoration which looks natural, I had a relatively stress-free process (which is saying a lot as this was the pinacle of a three year ordeal), and I have really caring and wonderful ongoing care. This is a spa not a dentist office. They ll rip you and your insurance off. They called me in for a reg check up and charged me 700$ for crazy xrays!!! And then saturated my insurance comepletely in the next visit!!! 700$ for diagnosing a root canal???!!! Dr. Keerti was my dentist for the year and a half that I lived in the Puget Sound area and she did fairly involved and extensive dental work on me, so I interacted with her and her staff quite regularly. Enso Dentistry is absolutely awesome! Dr. Keerti and her staff (who I call the girls) are the best! In the past, I have not liked going to the dentist office. However, Enso Dentistry has been a welcome exception! I do enjoy my visits to the dental office. I know that I'm receiving top-notch care and working with a staff that I really like and enjoy. Not only am I getting excellent dental care, but the staff has motivated me to really take care of my teeth. I now floss and use mouthwash much more than before because it would make no sense for me to be getting great care and then not take care of my mouth outside the dentist office. Their office is also really nice which I appreciate. As soon as you walk into the office, you can see that it's a very nice facility. The design is very modern and the office is also really clean. They also offer you blankets, high-end movie googles, or a radio when you are receiving treatment. They really take the extra step for you to have a great customer experience. During 2011, I have had a lot of work done to my mouth and have visited the offices around 10 times. Each visit is the same- awesome! Dr. Keerti did refer me out for an implant to a specialist. Since I have complete trust in Dr. Keerti, I went to the specialist without looking for someone in my network. Dr. Keerti gave the extra effort and really collaborated with the specialist so he knew exactly what to do. I have continued to see Dr. Keerti even though her office is not in my network. I may be paying a little more for dental work, but it is totally worth it when you find an office that you trust and like. Their office has also been kind enough to reduce some of my fees since they are not in my network. I know this is a long testimonial, but honestly I could keep on writing about how great this dental office is! Everything is awesome! I'm glad I did my research because I picked the best dentist I have ever been to. I had a lot of work to be done and Dr.Keerti made it pain free. I no longer have anxiety when I get work done. I had a bad experience with them. They USED to be very good. But they made this a factory. With 5-6 chairs an army of assistants (atleast 6!) the doctor barely spends 2 minutes. Mine was a relatively simple filling. The doctor came in and went so fast, it was blink and you would miss her. There were atleast 4 other patients at the same time. The assistant did the surfacing and she did a terrible job. I was numbed so I did not know if the biting felt ok. But when I came back in home, I could hear the surface grinding. I called them back and got to an answering service (during working hours and they contact the clinic) and the office manager could not give me a slot for the next 3 days. I finally had to go in to a neighboring dentist who was super nice and did it free of charge. The clinic used to be awesome. The doctor WAS fantastic. Now the focus seems to be on money and the office manager is extremely pushy with getting you to sign up for treatments Recommendation: Try at your own risk. read more

Scam Alert. I was a new patient and on my first and only appointment they scared me into taking a $250 sleep apnea test claiming that I was a strong candidate for it. Never in my 30+yrs of going to other dentists had this ever come up!! How sleep apnea is related to dentistry is "fuzzy" but it's expensive and generates money..and these folks will pull out all the stops regardless. I took the test and of course the results were negative by a long shot. Upon challenging their practices, I found them defensive and cavalier which completely turned me off. If you're not paying close attention, this place will suck money right out of you and most of it is not covered by standard insurance. If they mention anything about sleep apnea...run...don't walk!! My first review was screened out. So I need to write this additional review about an experience my husband had with Dr. Keerti at Enso Dentistry. After 2 years of frustration and a totally unnecessary biopsy suggested by the dentist he was seeing in Edmonds, he found Enso dentistry and saw that they took seriously mouth cancer in her office. He got in to see her as a second opinion and she identified the problem as a reaction for bad/old dental fillings. Once she removed the old fillings, cleaned and replaced them with new material, his tongue lesion when away almost immediately. This attention from Dr. Keerti kept my husband from having part of his tongue unnecessary removed. There may be some negative reviews out here on yelp. But we needed to share that Dr. Keerti took very good care of us. read more

Dr. Keerti is the best! Seriously, though, I've had to deal with a lot of dental work over the years, and she made me comfortable from day one. Not only is the office beautiful and relaxing, the staff is extremely sweet and funny as well. Dr. Keerti obviously takes pride in her work, is very gentle (most painless Novocaine injections I've ever had!) and is genuinely concerned about her patients' well-being at all times. I didn't know it was possible to leave the dentist feeling so great! This was my first dental visit in a number of years and the team at Enso made me feel comfortable and took great care of me from the time that I made the appointment to checking out. They made sure I understood what the appointment entailed and explained the procedures in a way that I would understand. The three women who helped me during my appointment (assistant, hygienist, and Dr.) were super kind and personable and made sure that I was comfortable, even offering me a warm towel if I felt cold. I have just recently (within the last few months) transferred over to Enso Dentistry and already love the place. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I got a car detailing done nearby and rather than hangout at the detailing shop I walked over to Enso and hung out there until my appointment later that day -- unorthodox agreed, but if that doesn't express how lovely the environment is there then I don't know what does. I don't much about dentistry, but from what I can tell this place is top of the line, by far the best service and results that I have ever received. We love them so much that my whole family has since transferred over and they will keep getting our business as long as they want it. On the surface, a friendly and professional office, but I've had some difficulties there. I prefer to pay in full at the end of an appointment. I found that the office was subsequently billing me further amounts for the same work. The office never clearly explained the reasons for any further charges but were unwavering in wanting more money. My brother has had the same experience. Also, once during an appointment Dr. Keerti proposed a course of treatment for the next appointment. When the next appointment arrived, she began a different course of treatment. When I reminded her of her previous proposal, she seemed startled, and instead of acknowledging her lapse or explaining the change, she made up an ad hoc excuse that didn't really work. My confidence in her dropped. I also had the experience of asking her about a condition in my mouth that concerned me. It may have been a bad day for her, but her replies were inappropriately derisive and hostile and never did answer my question. On the plus side, she cleaned teeth well. I've been going to Enso Dentistry and Dr. Keerti for a few years now, and I have to say I've never had dental experiences so positive. It's a little strange to really look forward to going to the dentist, but that's how it is for me. The staff treats you like an old friend, and they are very competent, not to mention entertaining. Admittedly, it's not always easy to keep still when you're laughing, but it's worth the sacrifice. Dr. Keerti has excellent facilities (it evokes the impression of a modern spa) and she has the latest equipment. The equipment in the hands of highly skilled staff seem to help make appointments go very smoothly and as quickly as possible. I sometimes think it goes too quickly. When I first started coming, and after I had neglected to go to a dentist after about five years, there was some work to do. Dr. Keerti could have easilly just replaced a couple crowns and added a few more. Instead, she carefully evaluated what needed to be done, and put together a treatment plan that worked for me. For a couple of those questionable teeth, she was able to stabilize them without needing to apply crowns. That was very much appreciated by both me and my insurance! She is very knowledgable, understanding and skilled, and demonstrated to me that she is against unnecessary treatment. Dr. Keerti and her staff always ask how you're doing when you're in the chair, as they are determined to make each visit as comfortable as possible. They are all very talented, and seem knowledgable of the latest advances in dentistry. Dr. Keerti and her staff at Enso Dentistry have clearly demonstrated that they place the needs of their patients first, with attention to detail, foremost concern for comfort, and clear explanations of treatment plans. I have been a patient of Dr. Keerti for a couple of years. Dr. Keerthi and her staff helped a lot with my dental anxiety, The clinic's environment is very cheerful and that's a huge plus. They proactively checked if I was ok with Flouride products when I was preganant. I had teeth alignment correction treatment started with this clinic, however, I could not carry on with it because of an allergy.
