BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by our massage therapists who were very friendly and greeted us by name. The massage room was beautiful decorated with soft, dim lighting, 2 seperate heated beds with soft blankets, and calming spa music. The room was comfortably warm and we were left alone to change and get into the beds. Shortly thereafter, the massages started. 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss. I was very pleased with the communication the therapists provided to ensure full comfort, the professionalism of the entire experience, and the perfect combination of deep massage work and soft massage work.
