I had appointments with this office starting early july thru early Sep of 2025. Most of my appoints…read morelasted 15-20 mins. When I called the office initially, i was told each appt will last around 30 mins and cost would be $75 for each visit. I never saw a bill utill early Nov of 2025. By this time the Ins Co denied the caims due to 1. late billing 2. wrong procedure codes. Also noticed, each visit was charged $150. Still trying to figure out how to get this resolved. Ins is asking to re-submit claims and the Practice refuse to do so. Tom O
