If you need pest control, in mine and my family's opinions, you won't find a better company than Kellogg Pest Control. My home has been serviced by Kellogg Pest Control for several years now and I've yet to see any creepy crawlers. I live right next to the desert in a new home subdivision located adjacent to BLM land and to say it's been turned up a few times is an understatement. Darrin is always on time, reliable and goes the extra mike every time spraying the outer edges of our neighborhood! Who does that?! I've had Bulwark and they were good to but I found the pricing with Kellogg much more in line with my budget and didn't feel the service suffered at all! In fact I think it's better cuz it's a small business and that's where I want to put my money cuz they don't treat me like 1 in a million. read more

We've used Pest Control companies in our 54 years of marriage in Maryland, Florida, Nevada, and Georgia. We have been lucky in finding some very conscious owners of pest control companies and also had to deal with franchise local companies of several of the major commonly known pest control companies. Until recently we were using one of the latter but were not happy with the service or courtesy shown towards our property and wishes. Then a neighbor and very close friend suggested I try his Pest Control Company. Mr. Kellogg came out and looked over our property and gave us a very reasonable price (certainly less than the major company we had just terminated). Besides Mr. Kellogg has a very low key, gentlemanly laid back, soft-spoken manner that made you feel he was a person you could trust. We hired him on the spot and he stayed and put out all his traps and such. We've had a beehive behind a block wall on a terrace for hedges alongside our home and the street for several years. The bees were Honeybee's and very docile. But several months ago they became very aggressive even swarming after me and stinging me numerous times before I got into the house. We have families walk by in the evenings and simply could not have them stung so I called Mr. Kellogg. He has come out around 5 times spraying the entrance of the hive but apparently they really had developed a rather extensive hive behind the wall in the dirt. Mr. Kellogg then sprayed the hive with a far more aggressive spray and the next day when he stopped by to check we saw bees barely flying out of the hive and then falling down onto the ground and dying there. That was proof the spray was working inside the hive. He then sealed up that entrance to the hive using liquid nails, very effective. Yesterday while our landscaper was working in that area several bees were stirred up, around 5 to 10 honey bees but they were non-aggressive, just flying around putting on a display. So when Mr. Kellogg called me today checking up on the bees I told him what I had seen and he believes they have come from another hive somewhere else in our neighborhood and were worker bees that smelled the honey in the now sealed beehive. So he will be returning, once again, to spray the outside of the hive so the worker bees take the poison back to their own hives and Queen Bee. When I inquired how much additional money I would owe him for this month he told me it was all part of his service. Thus my taking the time to write this review as there are fewer and fewer business people like Mr. Kellogg and his Kellogg's Pest Control Company, but then he has been in business here in the valley for over 20 years. read more

I am scared to death of mice, rats, rodents etc. so when my husband told me that we had one of Mickey and Minnie's cousins visiting our yard on a nightly basis I told him he needed to fix it if he wanted any peace in the house at all! Hands down the best service we've received for pest control. Was able to get in touch with them on the first call and received same day service. The owner, Gary was the one who came out and was very attentive to understand what pests we've been seeing and asked whether we had pets or kids to ensure the sprays he used would be perfectly safe. Wow!!! Jerry has the best Pest Control Company I've ever had!!! He is HONEST and doesn't try to scam you with crazy high prices and procedures. I had German roaches that I just couldn't get rid of. My "affordable" pest control guy that I used prior would come in with this awful smelling spray and it seemed like the roaches would double after he left. I had him come 6 times and decided it was time to switch pest control companies. I looked online of course and each company I called it seemed like the prices became outrageous. Company #1 quoted me $400 because they needed to bomb my house and come back a week later to spray and powder the house which of course I would have to leave my house for 4 hours both times. Company #2 quoted me $250 because he was giving me a "huge discount" and he would come 3 times where he would bomb my house the first time, powder my house the second time, and spray my house the third time because "German roaches mutate to become immune to the chemicals". When I called Kellog Pest control I was pretty much sure he would charge me some ridiculous price, but to my complete surprise he laughed at me when I asked him how much he would charge for bombing and spraying and powdering my home. "You don't need any of that stuff, I've been doing this a long time. All you need is to spray the right spots." He gave me a guarantee and an AMAZING LOW PRICE and came out immediately that day!!! Not only was he extremely friendly, he was FAST AND his chemicals didn't even smell!!! We DID NOT have to leave the house, we were in the kitchen chatting with him as he sprayed. We didn't have to empty the pantry or the dishwasher or ANYTHING. It's completely non toxic and had zero smell. And guess what?! The roaches practically disappeared!!! There were still just a few the following week and he came back out right away to double back and spray again. He didn't even charge me twice. So, I called Kellogg Pest Control to set up a monthly spray schedule after hearing good things from a family member. After the first appointment, I noticed a major decrease in bugs within the first week--and after the second spray, we haven't seen any bugs since! Kevin Kellogg, who is one of the company's owners, showed up to spray at the exact time scheduled for each appointment; and Kevin seemed like he wanted to learn the problems, not just spray and leave. I had a bug situation on a Saturday afternoon at my 98 year old mother's condo. Since I didn't have a exterminator I went to Yelp. I called a few 5 star companies but they were closed since it was Saturday afternoon. I LUCKED out when I called Kellogg Pest control and talked to Gary, who is also the owner. I explained the situation & he said he could come out about 5:00 p.m. I was so relieved that Gary offered to come out late on a Saturday afternoon. Having a aging parent freaking out about having bugs in her home and it being a Saturday afternoon, I was thrilled when Gary said he would come. That's great customer service I would say!!
