The young lady on the phone was pleasant and friendly. However, when I got there, there were two young ladies at the desk who looked at me like I had 10 heads. Neither one welcomed me or said a word to me until I said something first. They both seemed so bothered. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly nor were they clear with their directions. The waiting area was clean and tidy. Seemed like I was the only one there. I didn't wait for long. I filled out the form and waited maybe 5 minutes and the MA, I believe her name was Maddison? Starts with an M. She was super friendly and easy going. She definitely knows the area well. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a pharmacy in mind. She quickly asked where I moved to and immediately suggested a cvs pharmacy I am familiar with 5 minutes from me. Shortly after she took my rapid strep test, the provider was in in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Paul Paganelli-- he was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and was super personal. He prescribed me antibiotics and I was on my way!! He made sure to walk me out and quickly sent the orders to my pharmacy. On my way to pharmacy, I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up! Amazing back end staff who truly cares.

The main issue I have had is the absolute complete lack of respect, even just consideration, from…read morethe entire staff here. My first eh moment was after I had been in a car accident...I did not realize my hand had broke in the accident until the next day... I called the office and was told to definitely come in and they will be able to do an X-ray there- well, after seeing a nurse practitioner( no dr) who told me that she honestly didn't think it was broken and also that apparently they only have ONE person to do the x-ray, and conveniently she was on vacation that week- SERIOUSLY!? The nurse also said I could go to the hospital "if I really wanted". Considering the swelling, bruising and severe amount of pain I was experiencing, I decided it was best to get an actual diagnosis. The minute I went in for an x-ray at Quincy medical center, the technician instantly looked at my hand and said "oh that IS broken" and then took the X-rays to confirm. Aside from the broken hand incident, most recently I have been completely and utterly appalled by the entire staff including my doctor at this facility. I have been on the same prescriptions for years and I just recently started seeing Dr Delgado, who I informed of all prior diagnosis, medications etc, and at first, she completely refused to re-prescribe medications I had been taking for years that have improved my quality of life- Soon after I made another appointment with her because I was experiencing side effects from not taking the medicines i have taken for years so I wanted to re-discuss things with her....she finally agreed to giving me only one prescription that I had previously been on and NO refills- So when I called the office and left a message on the prescription voicemail regarding having the script re-filled; nobody had the courtesy to call me back to say that they were not sending a re-fill!!!! I called again a week later, leaving another message asking them to please have dr Delgado at the very least call me back to discuss the re- fill. Once again absolutely no call back from anyone. I called back one final time in hopes that someone would answer or at least have the common courtesy to return my message and still nothing. To this very day nobody has ever returned those messages....absolutely despicable lack of any professionalism and I will never recommend this office to anyone

We had 5 patients ahead of us when we got there at 6 pm and we didn't get into a room until 8:30. Initially the estimate was only 45 min wait - Unable to get an online appointment day of Long waits happen at every urgent care so im not sure how much of this is controllable by the business which is why I only docked 1 star Just set your expectations appropriately and be prepared - lots of snacks and toys for the baby. The urgent care is in a shopping center with lots of parking. There are a number of food options not far away if you decide to get food to make time pass faster. Best of luck with your sick little one.

I told the pediatrician who saw us, "She gets like this every time I eat something with milk. I think she might have an allergy." He replied very rudely, "So why don't you stop eating dairy so your daughter won't be in pain," implying that I was a terrible mother. Yesterday, February 5th, my daughter was diagnosed with an allergy to three milk proteins. And I was never a bad mother to her. I always tried to help, but unfortunately I had the misfortune of meeting one of those pediatricians who caused me depression and anxiety after giving birth. He is an idiot. An insensitive person. He treated us with complete ignorance and even pressed hard on my daughter's soft spot. (At the time, I didn't react because I was only 20 days postpartum.) I don't remember his name, but he was a short, dark-haired guy. I hope he is very unhappy, because he made my postpartum period miserable. Once again, an idiot.
