We haven't had any work done yet, but my husband has. I went for my first exam and took my two year old and four year old for their first visit. The staff was fantastic with the kids. They were in two different "rooms" but I could see and talk to both from the walkway. Both kids didn't cry or whine. The staff was energetic and informative with them and made them feel comfortable. I found Dr. Kelly Lam on Yelp several years ago. Over the years, I have used Yelp to find fun activities and delicious food so why not a dentist? I have to admit that I was a little nervous though. VERY VERY CAREFUL FOLKS, THERE IS A LOT OF CHEATING HERE WITH YOUR MONEY - I had Crown work done at this location and it turned out the doctor should not have done the Crown as the tooth needs a Root Canal first. This dental office is simply to get your money. I had PPO insurance and in spite that I was asked to pay $980 dollars out of pocket. After a lengthy discussion with Insurance company and the dental office, the charges were dropped to $68. You will never see Dr. Kelly Lam except for the very first time. The other doctors, who do the work, are not experienced and do crappy work. read more
