He was so helpful with my swatches for the interior of my house and even helped me choose the best finishing. The paint was ready within minutes and he helped me bring it to the car which I appreciated since it was so heavy. They have everything from brushes, wood stains, tape etc. to help with the process of painting. I also really like how all their products are really high quality. Benjamin Moore always has terrific colors and texture and great durability. Any time I've hired professional painters, this is the line they use. We need to keep this business thriving so we can always get a same-day gallon of Chantilly Lace (if you know you know). Second, they have everything paint related under one roof. Your time is valuable and you can't go to two stores looking for the wide painters tape or that butcher paper stuff to cover the floor. Third, their service is above and beyond. You order online and your stuff waits for you on a shelf outside for immediate grabbing. You walk in and someone asks you what you need. Amazing. I put their service to the test today by ordering a sample size of Dark Taupe paint, placing it on the roof of my car while I loaded other things, then driving off. When I realized what I had done (and I did it -- you can see my Dark Taupe paint splatter in their parking lot), I returned to apologize and reorder and found they had REFILLED MY ORDER and placed it on the shelf without comment. Today, I called in and was placed on hold ' for a second', which turned into over 10 minutes. I called back and finally got someone on the line who was helping with my order. He went to check on product and then...disappeared for over 10 minutes. I called on my other phone (while still on hold with phone 1) and someone picked up, said the guy who was helping me was assisting an in-store customer and I then ask the guy I'm talking to to help me. Rather than help, he abruptly put me on hold. 5 minutes later my call on phone 1 was hung up on by SW. 9 minutes later the guy who was originally helping me came back on the line to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. A half hour on the phone wasted. I strongly advise utilizing the Hayward location. Hayward offers friendlier, more competent service

It was a casual low pressure convo throughout the morning and finally called to get the deal done and set up for the delivery of 5cu yds I needed. Good communication by txt about the upcoming delivery and when the truck arrived, I was off-site but had the area prepped and the driver dropped it off perfectly on the tarp.
