He was so helpful with my swatches for the interior of my house and even helped me choose the best finishing. The paint was ready within minutes and he helped me bring it to the car which I appreciated since it was so heavy. They have everything from brushes, wood stains, tape etc. to help with the process of painting. I also really like how all their products are really high quality. Today, I called in and was placed on hold ' for a second', which turned into over 10 minutes. I called back and finally got someone on the line who was helping with my order. He went to check on product and then...disappeared for over 10 minutes. I called on my other phone (while still on hold with phone 1) and someone picked up, said the guy who was helping me was assisting an in-store customer and I then ask the guy I'm talking to to help me. Rather than help, he abruptly put me on hold. 5 minutes later my call on phone 1 was hung up on by SW. 9 minutes later the guy who was originally helping me came back on the line to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. A half hour on the phone wasted. I strongly advise utilizing the Hayward location. Hayward offers friendlier, more competent service
