He was so helpful with my swatches for the interior of my house and even helped me choose the best finishing. The paint was ready within minutes and he helped me bring it to the car which I appreciated since it was so heavy. They have everything from brushes, wood stains, tape etc. to help with the process of painting. I also really like how all their products are really high quality. Definitely will back for future home renovations!!

Brad color matched the small chips we brought in perfectly, mixed a sample pot, painted a bit on the actual chip taken off her house and then painted a bit of a paper plate we had brought in. He also cheerfully dried what he painted on the plate without complaint. We got exactly what we needed for her to give her painter (who uses Sherwin Wlliams.). We went to my her house, painted a few patches and waited for it to dry. Perfectly matched. After my friend had been to two other paint store for help, it was wonderful to have Brad be so professional, friendly and nice. Truly appreciated Brad.

Today, I called in and was placed on hold ' for a second', which turned into over 10 minutes. I called back and finally got someone on the line who was helping with my order. He went to check on product and then...disappeared for over 10 minutes. I called on my other phone (while still on hold with phone 1) and someone picked up, said the guy who was helping me was assisting an in-store customer and I then ask the guy I'm talking to to help me. Rather than help, he abruptly put me on hold. 5 minutes later my call on phone 1 was hung up on by SW. 9 minutes later the guy who was originally helping me came back on the line to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. A half hour on the phone wasted. I strongly advise utilizing the Hayward location. Hayward offers friendlier, more competent service

Ewing sells primarily to wholesale/industry geeks (like me), but they also do sell to the average joe(or Jill)-off-the-street. While they might not necessarily be able to personally guide you (holding your hand) to put together whatever irrigation project you're on, they are more than capable to recommend only the best and correct products to use if you're unsure. If you've done some prior homework on Youtube, etc, and you have a vague idea of what you want/need to do, the folks at Ewing can definitely help you on your way on the journey to successful project completion. This is not your Ace Hardware or Home Depot sprinkler aisle. They sell the 'Real Deal' here, and know their product lines inside and out. While I consider myself fairly knowledgeable, I will come across an issue that I am unable to resolve by my lonesome. There are in-house experts that 'I got Nothing' on, as far as an extremely deep product knowledge base. The key to Ewing is to have an idea of what you want to do and at least a vague idea of how to do it, but you need some guidance on which parts to use to put together your solution/system. All the major reputable industry brands are represented here: Toro, Rainbird, Irritrol, Hunter, to name a few. They will steer you to the correct item to fulfill your particular need(s).
