I do not know about the other offices but forget this one. I was not able to reach Kelly Wright but the agent JOHN was totally incompetent! Suddenly I receive a notice that this company would be charging an extra 10 dollars (!) on my monthly payment for car insurance...I had to send my mature driving certificate but the instructor is on vacation - all of which I carefully explained in an exchange of emails and asked John to confirm. Well, I guess he disappeared somewhere or just was too lazy to answer. I also said I would not pay the extra amount simply because of a delay in getting the certificate to them. Well, this arrogant agent did not bother to answer me, but still charged me. I will have a new insurance company by tomorrow. I was paying too much here anyhow with my great driving record, own my car, etc.... read more
