At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. He was personable, explained the process, & made me feel confident he was the man for the job (he was!). It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. I really appreciate that he went above, & beyond to take my car to the shop to calibrate there versus on site, which had sub-par conditions (not Mel's fault at all, of course). Had to Uber back next morning. Told by mgr Matt Eggleston that warehouse @ location suddenly closed & all staff laid off by corporate day of appt. they didn't know where anything was.... He agreed to pay for my Uber trips (I paid tips & upgrade) but then only sent check for 1 trip b/c (direct quote) "unfortunately we have parts issues all the time" ?? But had email from him on 6/12 "can I please get your address for the Uber reimbursement". I would avoid this company-sounds like it's failing. Wonder how they would handle it if you had a poor installation problem?

To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. After calling a few places, I decided to use Ryan's because they offered a free estimate. The estimate appointment wasn't available as early as I would have liked but they were great about keeping the time they promised. The estimate came shortly after their initial visit. I agreed and only had to put 50% down to get the process moving forward. Once again, the time to have the window made and installed was schedule further out than I would have liked but it wasn't the end of the world. The window was installed exactly when they said it would be. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it easy for us to trust that it was being done right. If you need a window repair, I would expect it to take them up to a week to come provide the estimate and then another few weeks to have it made and installed. But I think you'll find that they do a great job.
