We are attending a banquet tomorrow and wanted to pamper ourselves. Treated my sister and daughter for some chill and relaxation. We scheduled a 4pm appt for 3 and ate lunch next door. We arrived on time and were seated right away. Was greeted with a smile and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Venue: clean and lots of chairs for both mani / pedi Staff: friendly, attentive and helpful. They offered us drinks. Mary, Yen and unfortunately, we didn't get my sister's nail technician's name we're all attentive and have good massages. I have been coming to Kelly's Nail Spa since I was a teenager. Now as an adult, it still holds such a dear place in my heart. Kelly loves her customers and loves the job she does. I have never left Kelly's unsatisfied or unhappy. They just did a complete remodel with new spa chairs and added a point system for customers to check in to accrue points towards money off. The manicurist was so sweet and helped me pick the perfect gel color. The salon was just freshly remodeled with updated modern decor that feels light, bright, and so welcoming. Kelly's Beauty Nail Spa is the best. I have been coming here since 2020 and the owner Kelly is so nice. She is a wonderful woman who is always so friendly. Today I forgot to put up my handicap plaque, so she went to my car and put it up for me, that is just the kind of great person she is. Every time I come here everyone is so friendly and it feels like home. Kaydy always does my manicures and Mary does my pedicures, both are wonderful. Jessica always does my dad's pedicures, she is always really amazing too. He is very picky but he will actually join me for my regular pedicures now because everyone is so nice. The Man who did my pedicure was so nice and professional. He made sure the colors I wanted were perfect for me and made sure I was enjoying my foot message . I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I got a full set of GEL x nails, I am less than 8 days with them. Everyone is lifting. I called and talked to Paul and he said, after 2 weeks you have to buy a new set. I am not new to gel x nails. They refuse to fix them. I highly suggest not using this place. All they want is money, he probably did it on purpose. So I call back and ask for Kelly the owner oh so sorry she not available. Also HE BURNT 4 of my nail beds to the point where the young guy had to say stop burning her. I called back and tried again. This person was Lynn. You pay half we fix for you. That tells me it's a set up. read more

I decided to go here on a whim since I was in the area and saw the rave reviews. I originally came in for a regular gel manicure but my technician was trying to upsell bio gel to me and after asking me for the 3rd time, a little annoying but I figured I would try it since she mentioned it was good for strengthening your nails. Unfortunately, 3 of my nails broke within 1-2 days after the appointment which hasn't happened to me before with regular gel manicures. Pretty disappointing that I paid extra for bio gel just to have broken nails shortly after. read more

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. I specifically asked for an experienced technician because I've had bad experiences here before, but they gave me someone who seemed like it was his first time doing a pedicure. He rushed through the cleaning in about 10 minutes and was ready to apply polish until I asked, shocked, if he was already done. Only then did he go back and start picking at my nails so aggressively that he made one of my toes bleed. To make matters worse, I noticed they weren't properly putting away used tools, which made me extremely concerned about hygiene, especially after seeing a customer next to me with severe fungus and the way they were mixing tools and nail filers all together. No precautions were taken with sanitization. The massage was a joke. He barely "massaged" my legs for about 30 seconds then pressed on a random spot on my foot for the remaining time instead of actually massaging. He also didn't bother filing the sides of my nails, leaving them sharp and uneven after cutting. He did a swipe of file on each nail... When I pointed it out, the other tech filed it. How do you even miss filing the sides of the nails?!. Then came the polish, which was another disaster. A different technician painted them, and every layer was uneven. Another person then tried to fix it but ended up smudging it with her fingers. My friend even caught her on video just wiping them off with her finger twice from not being able to apply polish. She rushed through every step, applying the base coat, polish, and top coat with no drying time in between. When I said I had to leave, she told me to relax and that it wasn't a big deal. She accused me of asking her to repaint it when the manager came to ask what's going on. My friend stepped in and said that we've been asking to just please wrap it up and that she was the one who removed the polish twice with swiping her finger through the polish might I add! On top of it all, the nail techs were clearly talking about the situation the entire time, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. It's clear this place has changed ownership, and not for the better. There are so many better salons out there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Kind of inconsistent depending who you get. The last time was such a mess. The first girl I had for a manicure was good but she had an appointment so another lady came in to replace her who did not feel comfortable doing the design I asked her so she asked one the guys. So I had three people switching to do my manicure and in the end I was not pleased with my nails. The guy (the tall tan Asian guy) was moody and rude. You can tell he did not want to be there. As for my pedicure, it was the same lady the whole time (surprisingly) but she cut my nails so crooked and inconsistent that I had to tell her many times how to cut my nails. Anyone with a right mind can tell my nails did not look good and she kept asking me if I like them. Like come on lady do they look good to you? Lol I didn't give neither of them a tip and just ended up paying the amount because I didn't have time to have them fix it. I was so turned off by that experience. I told Kelly and she gave me a gift card to something but didn't really solve the problem. She should've given me a discount because I showed her my nails and she also did not look impressed. She knew it wasn't a good job done. Luckily there are a few ladies there (and men) who do a good job so I highly recommended to ask for the ones you want or else you'll get stuck with the ones who don't care and do a poor job. They are pricey though so I'm on the lookout for a new spot read more
