Sunday Morning @7 am..Ordered two crosswich sandwiches Ham, Bacon and cheese. Had to repeat order twice...didn't seem to understand.. Gave my debit card to pay for order... oh requested extra ham.. Woman said can't because she already swiped order. Got order.. Took it to go... got home and it was one bacon only and other one was egg only... I took order back, threw it on table ( I was pissed they screwed up after I told her my order twice.) told them they screwed up and I'd never come back. I repeated my order to her twice and they still screwed it up... I didn't get a refund either read more

This was one of my favorite stops for breakfast when I was working in Hazelwood. I went not because of the donuts, but because of the breakfast items prepared on the side. Two eggs, two sausage links, a potato cake, and toast, all for under $5! I was especially impressed to find the food was all home-style, with the exception of the potato cake, which was obviously a store bought frozen hash brown, but still pretty good! Everyone is friendly, and the regular morning customers are fun and easy going. I never dined so I often made my boss jealous when I would show up with my carry out breakfast from Kelly's. I honestly could give this place a fifth star without hesitation, if it weren't for the fact that I've NEVER tried their donuts! In all the time I was going there, I never once veered from my home made sausage and eggs meal, because it was all I ever wanted! I will say that they have a great variety of donuts and pastries and if I ever get a chance to stop in again, I will try a donut just so I can come back and give them that fifth star! read more

Legit! This place is a small family business and I think it's operated by Greeks? But that was just a guess based on the baklava for sale (mmm) and the friendly lady behind the counter with an accent. But maybe I am just grasping at straws. Either way, HELL YES, baklava!! So good! Their donuts are also pretty dang spectacular. VERY fresh. The fact that they open at 4am is cool for those who work 3rd shift, and just early risers in general. Love the donuts so decided to try the breakfast. Huge mistake! Biscuits and gravy? The gravy was very thin with small layer of grease collecting on the top. I tried to add salt and pepper but that didn't help. The few flecks of meat bobbing in this pool of gravy are yet a mystery, When I call to complain was told everybody loves the gravy no complaints. Maurice and Mimi are the best, Moreseemo and Nick are the two children, The apple fritters are a full breakfast meal, but do not skip the texas toast sandwich, They are on my telephone speed dial and once or twice a week Siri calls them. Try the biscuits and gravy always good. I love this spot. Duncan Donuts had dark tinted widows and I could never tell if they were open and old town has gone so downhill, they forgot what filled donuts had filling. My favorite place to get donuts. The service there is great and the croissants are amazing. Eat in or drive through option is nice but I prefer the pleasant down home atmosphere of eating there. Always friendly and always fresh. That's what you get here. I used to stop in weekly for the office and each and every time was consistent. Fast forward a year later and nothing but good has changed for this place. The donuts are still fresh and tasty. Not too sweet, and not too plain. Just right. They serve regular breakfast and other pastries if you're not into donuts. The family that runs the store are very friendly and know their regulars. It's been quite a while since I had a Kelly's donut but from what I remember, Melinda & her two daughters were friendly enough! Donuts were good as well but you have to eat them the same day you buy them cuz of course they dry out by the next day! I always got cinnamon crumb & it was delish! I stopped going because I realized they never ate their own donuts! I never actually saw them eating a donut, maybe it a business thing...idk but suppose I had a pizzeria yet never ate any of the pizza from my shop but I fed others my pizza...what's wrong with the donuts people!?! read more

Ive been coming here for a while before work for a sanwich and donuts. I might stop coming for the sandwich due to prices going up and less on the sandwich. I always get a blt and now it only has 2 pieces of bacon on it and a nice size hunk of lettuce. Very nice family. Ill keep coming for the donuts. read more

Good food, but lord the hours suck. Two times i've come to eat here but haven't been able to cause it's closed so early.

I purchased donuts this morning (approx. 5:45 am, on 6/23/14) and the donuts had black spots on the donuts which looked like mold. After arriving to work I called and discussed the "black spots/mold" on the donuts and the gentleman on the phone tried to convince me the spots were not mold. I think I recognize mold when I see it. The donuts were not as fresh as usual, the icing was dried as if the donuts were a couple days old. This was not my first time visiting the donut shop and never had a problem before but after today's experience I will not visit the donut shop again. The gentleman on the phone offered to replace the donuts but I figured I wasn't interested in visiting the store again. read more

My husband, kids and myself got in the car and drove ALL OVER St Louis and went to all the different donut shops we could find in search for the best one. Kelly's won in our opinion. We had the buttermilk donut, and the blueberry donut. Absolutely fantastic. Loved the drive up window! Family was very nice, and prices were nice, too.
