This overstimulation made it almost impossible to control, and we had to pick very odd times to walk him to be able to avoid seeing anyone. We have worked with Dan for a month now and the change is amazing! He used to run over dogs in his excitement, and often bump into people as well. He now walks well on a leash, we can see when he starts to get excited and actually stop and redirect him. We can call him, and even have a dog run perpendicular across his oath, and he still comes directly to us. We are so excited that we can now take him places with us and meet all of his doggy cousins!!! Dan is great to work with, and with his instructions and our daily follow-up training, we have come so far in a very short period of time. I cried the first couple of classes, because we could not control our dog. I cried at the last class, because we had complete control over him. At 12 months she began exhibiting signs of resource guarding and the intent to be the house alpha. Her positive treat based reinforcement group training wasn't getting us to where we needed and luckily we found Kaleb/All-Pro. She (and we) has been receiving personalized training with Kaleb since August 2025. She has come so far, and my (20 year old) daughter is doing the work needed as this is a high energy dog who needs more activity. Kaleb has introduced her to a variety of environments to build her tolerance and adaptivity. We've also used Kaleb for boarding several times now, and our experience is that he treats each pet as if it were his own. The location also provides plenty of room for the pets to receive nice outdoor supervised play time. All-Pro is definitely our go to! My only hesitation about writing this review is that I might struggle with availability for training and boarding as others seek out All-Pro. After that, she became aggressive, reactive, and completely stopped listening to any commands. We were heartbroken and unsure if we'd ever get our sweet dog back. Enter Kaleb. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his approach. He took her in for a month of intensive board-and-train, and we just got her back -- the difference is night and day. She has done a complete 360. She's calm, well-mannered, responsive to commands, and -- most incredibly -- she can now be around other dogs with no issues at all. Kaleb even brought out other dogs to test her reactions, had them barking and creating distractions, and she never once broke focus. She was not altered yet so she was red flagged to not play with other dogs, just with the attendants. Videos and pictures were sent throughout her stay. She was able to stay on her Farmers Dog diet. She even got s bath on her last day there. We were very happy with her stay. When we picked her up she was very happy. We can't recommend them enough. AOTD made us feel instantly at ease, giving us a full tour and meeting their wonderful staff. We have them to reference as needed and they are great reminders. I left a review after our first session with Ethan but wanted to give an update. We chose a 6…read moresession package and couldn't be happier. We initially contacted Ethan because of food aggression with our dogs. Not only have they not had any issues with aggression since our first session, they are better mannered overall. In addition to the food issue we worked on dog relaxation, leash manners, sit, down, stay, come, leave it and go find it. Ethan showed us several games to play with our dogs. My fiance and I are enjoying time with our fur babies now!! There is no more yelling and frustration. We can have them calm down and reward them with treats and praise. One of the last things we worked on was manners related to opening the door. Our lab and weimaraner are easily excited, and at about 75 pounds each can be a handful. Although we didn't have time to perfect the behavior before our last session was up Ethan gave us the tools to keep working on it. He was always professional and easy to reach. Unfortunately I had to reschedule on him twice and he was always nice about it. Our schedules can be hard to work with but Ethan was able to fit us in each week. We will definitely be joining a group class at some point. My fiance and I both feel like it was such a positive experience and increased our enjoyment of life with our creatures. His behavior and fear far exceeded anything I could manage on my own, as nothing I did worked to help the Pup out. A friend of mine recommended Jenny. Jenny was amazing and God sent!!!! She supported me and gave me a lot of information on what to do to get our new found puppy to feel safe and come out of his shell. Through her walking me through what to do, contacting me to see how its going and her positive words the whole time, she was the catalyst for this puppy's recovery. Our new puppy went from being scared of us, Peeing himself when we were near and hiding in corners, to comming when I call, snuggling with me and playing all day long with his toys and our other dogs. He went from being the most sad soul I have ever met and transformed into a goofy and silly sweet boy. I accredit this to Jenny's information and guidance. He was a very extreme situation and it took a different approach and a level of understanding to get him to the place he is in now. Grooming: I took my dog here for the first time recently. It started off with Isaac being late for…read morethe appointment and the other people working there weren't willing to check us in. So while I'm waiting around for this man to arrive for his shift I have plenty of time to notice how utterly filthy this place is. I get it that dogs are groomed here but there were tufts of hair from the entrance all the way to the back of the store where grooming is located. The check in area hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Because the groomer was late the appointment took way longer than it should have which just caused stress for my dog. Someone else (must've been a manager) finally checked us in and said she would give Isaac the notes on my dog for his groom. I didn't have a lot of confidence but overall it came out nicely. I have a short haired dog so no haircut or shaving was required. He just needed a bath, brush and nails but it still took 2 hours. (Scenthound does this is 15-20 minutes). PetSmart: #1: require that your groomers show up on time for their shifts #2: fix the check in process so that whoever is standing around can perform this task (but if #1 is handled there wouldn't be an issue) #3: increase your standard of cleaning and require at least an hourly vacuuming of the hair. I was absolutely covered in long hairs by the time I left this place and was sneezing from everything that was floating around in there. Gross. The store in general: it is usually well stocked and I'm able to get in and out with what I came for. There happened to be a promotion for a free toy with my purchase and I don't think it's too much to ask for the cashier to mention it with ALL the other upsells, donations and round ups I was asked for. The basket of toys was right there and it was only a few more words to say "you qualify for today's promotion- do you want a free toy?" That would have gone a long way with your customer service after me spending hundreds of dollars here every month. I didn't see it until I was walking out the cashier is like oop you missed out. WITAF. Not cool. I come here because it's super close and I don't have time to run all over town to get my pet supplies and grooming. I will be switching to delivery for supplies and food but I hope they get this place cleaned up. There's random dog foods on the floor that my dogs enjoyed as we walked through the isles. No idea what kind or how long it had been there but this also shouldn't be the case.
