Dr. Rahim and her team are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to help our cats feel comfortable, gently handle anything stressful, and clearly explain every step of care. I honestly learned more about my cats in one visit than I did in years at other clinics -- and the cost is very comparable to an in-office visit. Dr. Rahim's team quite literally saved one of our cats' lives this last Christmas. When he had stopped eating, grooming, and interacting -- and we thought that it was going to be time to say goodbye -- Dr. Rahim made multiple after-hours visits, coordinated surgery with an on-site clinic, and provided compassionate guidance through an incredibly difficult time. He said he recommended a bear cut in which i said was fine, i didn't agree to make her bald. I could have done that . He took her brought her back 23 minutes later said she was done and didn't seem to be uncomfortable. She had been shaved almost bald her feet had long hairs all over them, along with her legs which also had long missed hair. One ear was completely missed on one side . Her toe nails were still extremely long . The other toy poodle that needed nails cut, he took and had him less than 5 minutes and most toe nails have also been missed . Yes he tried to call me back once i sent pictures of them in which. i missed his call .. But i am not sure what there is to say besides it was a horrible grooming in which i paid full price for. Not to mention he butchered off her tail. I am not one to complain but seems to me this was a very rushed grooming and this is the results of it . What a waste of money .

I was told that the rolling Shea does in the bath was her actually playing. Loved hearing that. But I knew the dreaded blow dryer was coming and I actually had a chance to watch (without Shea seeing me and getting extra excited).
