Made a note not to make any changes but if they couldn't deliver the Peonies to call me. They couldn't fill this order so they called me and we spoke about what I wanted and what I didn't. They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. Very disappointing and this will keep me from trusting another florist for deliveries. It's too bad companies don't take into account that we would use them over and over again if they had better service and really cared.

There were all kinds of high-end kitchen wares and bath wares not to mention the top quality cabinet samples, door knobs, tile, and counter-top samples in the back of the store. There was also a fabulous section of the store with the best specialty gifts for pets. They gave me a holiday block party raffle ticket. I came back to the store this evening to take a second look. I wanted to find out if this store was as great as it seemed to be at the block party last night. The owner, Jenn was here this evening and she was so kind and welcoming. She remembered me from the party. Me and Jenn shared pleasantries then I asked if her store carried reusable straws because those cardboard straws are not working out for me. Jenn had just what I was looking for and much more. I bought three sets; I'm going to keep a set and give the other two as Christmas gifts. As I write this review it's apparent that I need to go back to Jenn to buy several more sets.
