They did exact opposite of what we talked about. When I saw what looked like a furneral arrangement I contacted them immediately. They sent an email back apologizing saying there was a misunderstanding between the order taker and flower arranger. They asked what they could do to rectify this. I was so surprised that someone actually cared about their customer. However, this turned out to be an empty gesture. This was in August. So I thought I'd give them a chance and emailed them, no response. It is now October. It's not worth spending over $80 for a flower arrangement you can pick up at the grocery store. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother.
