As luck would have it, Beautycology popped up on Yelp when I was searching around and I was intrigued with all of the great reviews (including the blocked ones). The website linked to Groupon so I decided to book a hydrofacial for an awesome deal. I was also thrilled to see that Beautycology exclusively features Lira Clinical, which is a plant-based, cruelty-free skin care line made in the USA. If you've never experienced a clinical facial you're in for a real treat with Irish Rivero. Her medical background is a big plus as she is clearly knowledgeable with skin and has a real passion for her work. She customizes each facial to your individual needs and does a great job of explaining each step of the treatment and what product she is using, which I appreciate. Because she's a one woman operation in a small commercial suite, it's a very relaxing experience and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Irish is so friendly and welcoming! I've had many facials from countless estheticians, including five star spa resorts, and was really impressed with the hydrofacial I received here. My skin has been absolutely glowing since my treatment and feels incredibly soft. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beautycology to someone wanting a fantastic facial and plan to be back very soon for another treatment.

The massage did not feel thorough or targeted. When they say palm they literally mean just your hands, not even your arms, which I expected. Same with the feet. I left feeling like the areas that actually needed attention were not really addressed. The experience itself felt a bit awkward overall. My masseuse was sitting down during the massage and working in a shared space where there was foot traffic and people walking back and forth. Overall I can only speak for this specific service, but for the Palm and Sole massage I personally would not recommend it.

Thank goodness for Jessica she was able to make it better for me and I didn't have to walk around looking terrible for months! What a life saver! I will not trust anyone else. I am bringing my husband go get his crows feet done soon. So excited for him to get his service with her. I will be coming to her from now on and refer family and friends.

One lady practically shoved the placard that shows their Venmo/ Zelle QR into my face to make sure I gave her a tip, I'm guessing they might have gotten short changed in the past but it still felt pretty aggressive. Interior seemed clean and fun with all the pink. She provided a lot of information during the consultation and evaluation of my skin. She also used a lot of analogies to better explain things. She recommended products to use and also sells them. Prices are higher than what I'm used to, but Victoria seems to know her stuff!

When making the appointment, I explained I was new to getting facials and was so excited to start the process, and even confirmed the appointment 3 times in the last week, once over the phone and twice through the texting confirmation. The morning of my appointment they canceled on me. I understand things happen, however if I were to cancel day of I would be charged an "inconvenience fee" but if they decide to cancel it's just "I apologize for the inconvenience." Due to the limited hours they are open I started work early this morning and have had child care secured for weeks just so I can make it, only to see they have canceled my appointment. What a disappointment, I will not be rebooking and will find somewhere else that will hopefully value my time. What a waste of time, energy and effort on my part. Do better, or have backup providers. Truly a disappointing experience.

It was very easy to make an appointment through the link on her profile and directions to the location and confirmation was done in minutes. When I got to the location parking was east to find and she greeted me and sat me in a very well decorated well lit and beautiful decor lounge. The Facial room was very spacious and decorated with modern decor which made me feel relaxed and queen like feeling. I was instructed to change and get in the hot seat. My facial was very soothing and relaxing she notified me of what she was doing and using on my face and also suggesting on how we can fix the problem areas. She did a great job and I will definitely see her again. Please take care of your skin and yourself. You need to find someone educated and who knows skin types. At Bella lounge she's awesome.
