They say "this is the reservation desk," "This is not (your company)," You need to contact your company." The list goes on. They tell you you have the wrong phone number but it's the one on their website and they refuse to give you another number. They refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor, which probably wouldn't do any good anyway. People are RUDE, cannot speak English, and hang up on you when you cannot understand. I purchased an airline ticket through them. When I called to get a receipt, I was told that I had purchased a ticket for "standby," which I absolutely did not. Last year, I had the same problem. They say you purchase a "standby" and then want to charge you extra to get a confirmation that your flight is actually booked. I cannot say enough bad stuff about this company. Their employees are beyond hateful and totally unwilling to help you. Next time you want to book a flight, do it directly through the airline. The price is the same and the headache is not nearly as bad. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL AND I WISH THERE WAS SOME WAY TO GET THEM OUT OF THE LOOP ON EVERYTHING, AS IN DO AWAY WITH THAT COMPANY FOR GOOD. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Wish I could give them a 0 rating or even a -10. HORRIBLE. This has been my experience and I will never use them again for ANYTHING. You shouldn't either. Save your sanity.

FOTI does not automatically debit due taxes even though it was desired. Apparently, there is a checkbox somewhere that we missed. We specifically requested they debit due taxes in the future and they still failed to do so. This oversight cost us over $2K in fees (and they were only two weeks late). We also had a very time-sensitive question for the accountant but we were told he was on vacation and to leave a message or email. We left both several times and he never responded. The office again told us to leave a message which we again did. We finally called back and had to insist on speaking to someone else before they would transfer us. We have owed taxes each year we have used this firm and while that is not their issue, we haven't been provided much in the way of explanation nor any advice that has helped us better prepare.
