I rebooked in March 2026 with Mark for a 4:30 appointment. After sitting in the lobby until after 5:30 with no apology or assurance that I would be seen anytime soon, I called his phone number from the waiting area. Voice mail. My wife and i left without anyone acknowledging us. An hour and a half after leaving the voice mail, still no return call/apology/acknowledgement of our wasted time and no offer to reschedule. Sad that appointments mean nothing, nor does professional courtesy. Someone could have at the very least told us that they were sorry for wasting our time. Come to think of it, I was 45 minutes late getting called into his cubicle last year also. Looking for another tax prep person.
