If it had not been for Mr. Otiz it would not have happened. My first gentleman I spoke with was Mr. Jose Otero, the general manger of the sales department. Over the next several weeks he looked for the vehicle in the Houston regional office where initial factory distribution arrives. He found a car in another city and had Israel pick it up the day I came in and had it processed it and available the next day. During the process Israel Salvador, a senior salesman, helped finalize the purchase, and since he has been my go to man working with Mr. Otero. Also Israel has spent time explaining the operation of the new features of the car and installing a couple promised add ons. I want to reiterate how Jose much went out of his way to find my vehicle and then give me both a fair trade in for my 2020 Camry and a good price that was acceptable to me. If you want a car at Universal, seek out Israel and if necessary will work with Jose to make it happen. The final and usually most painful part of buying a car is finishing the sale in the back office. Jose de la Cruz completed the paperwork with ease. A true professional in his job.

We have been thinking about getting a new car so I entertained the idea of it. James was supposed to text me his number so I could text him when we were on our way. He never followed up, I arrived at 7:24pm and had to search for him by calling the store and sadly Michael was doing amazing talking to us. James stated they didn't even have a comparable car to the one he called about getting an estimate. He said they sold it at 2pm. Mind you he called at 6. So he takes the car for the estimate and it's 29 basic car fax stuff. He wasted my time, my husbands time, it was such a bad experience that I had to call the store to be removed from their call list. I went inside to search for someone to be removed from their list and it makes me question this entire dealership. 2 stars because Michael made this experience somewhat beneficial.

There is the expected "up sell" conversations, but they are usually aimed at items that make sense. Yes, I know.... Can't speak for the sales aspect, but I would avoid the service department here like the plague…read more They'll act kind in person, but once you leave your car with them, they have no sense of urgency and their main goal seems to be "how can we do the least work possible while simultaneously charging the customer as much as possible?". Thankfully, I am well informed about my car and have enough mechanical knowledge to sniff out BS. After 2 weeks, it got to a point to where I brought up misrepresentation of services and then the singular guy assigned to my car took a big step back as he could tell I was serious and not going to tolerate anymore. I mentioned the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and he went into damage control mode, fearing litigation. For the 2 weeks my car was there, all they did was do an easy install of a small sensor I asked about (hoping it would fix my electrical issues with my transmission). They also completed some kind of diagnosis that was propped up as being an internal mechanical teardown, when it was actually just checking the transmission fluid for metal shavings, using scanners for codes, and external inspection of sensors. That didn't stop them from claiming hours and hours of labor and other charges. Also did the usual dealership routine of suggesting every up-charged minute maintenance item in the book, regardless of the fact that those services were literally just done less than 4,000 miles ago. I just managed to get my car towed out of there to somewhere that'd respect my time, my wallet, and not leave me in the dark about my vehicle. Would not recommend this place if I was held at gunpoint.

This is regarding our work with Keith Lawson at Veracity Auto. Just wanted to say thanks for…read morehelping us with that first deal on the Nissan Xterra. Our credit was near poor because of some bad decisions earlier in life. We paid the Xterra off and a few years later this led to a 700+ credit score and to getting my dream truck financed by Toyota Financial Services and will also lead us to our first house purchase. The Xterra was very clean and extremely reliable, and it was such a pleasure working with Keith. Honestly think if it wasn't for him we probably would have looked at other places before making a decision. Glad we bought from him. Thanks Keith and also gratitude to Veracity Auto for having such a great sales person and for helping to make this deal. Cheers!

***AVOID THIS BUSINESS*** ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS***…read more This business will treat you well until you pay them. I purchased a 2012 3 series BMW in June 2018. YES THEY KNOW WHO I AM! The windshield had a crack and they told me that they would fix it time and time so i asked for it in writing and they would not give it to me in writing. Granted a few days after the purchase i called them everyday multiple times and they would continue to give me the run around they ended up fixing it. Next up i traded my car to them and they were supposed to pay off my loan at my credit union. Its now August and the bill is 30 days late and they still have not made the payment to my credit union. I talked to "Coach Kieth" for the car buying process and do not feel like he was truly on my side the whole way through because it was obvious that had i not been calling everyday then my problems with the process would be ignored, and he became very hard to reach after my purchase. Instead of calling him i called the dealer main line and asked for Daniel the GM multiple times and can never reach him or the owner because they are always in meetings. After not being able to express the issues with my car buying process the only ones to tell are the uninformed sales rep who answer the phone. I am pretty sure if you read enough negative reviews some mention Mr Hot Rod Steve! Who claims he is a 20+ year veteran. Well i spoke to the guy today and he says he does not appreciate me saying on their Facebook page that he did not resolve my issues. He then became aggressive on the phone and hung up on me. Every call attempt made after resulted in my calls being ignored. (Message to Steve) That type of behavior Steven displays poor quality within the organization. And with 20 years of military service, from one veteran to another, you sir have lost the discipline that the military has provided you. You did not treat me as a customer much less a human. You should remove yourself from the industry. Veracity Auto Center lacks professional quality and proper training. giving water and crackers in the lobby only goes so far. *** DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! *** *** DO NOT SHOP HERE ***
