***AVOID THIS BUSINESS*** ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS*** This business will treat you well until you pay them. I purchased a 2012 3 series BMW in June 2018. YES THEY KNOW WHO I AM! The windshield had a crack and they told me that they would fix it time and time so i asked for it in writing and they would not give it to me in writing. Granted a few days after the purchase i called them everyday multiple times and they would continue to give me the run around they ended up fixing it. Next up i traded my car to them and they were supposed to pay off my loan at my credit union. Its now August and the bill is 30 days late and they still have not made the payment to my credit union. I talked to "Coach Kieth" for the car buying process and do not feel like he was truly on my side the whole way through because it was obvious that had i not been calling everyday then my problems with the process would be ignored, and he became very hard to reach after my purchase. Instead of calling him i called the dealer main line and asked for Daniel the GM multiple times and can never reach him or the owner because they are always in meetings. After not being able to express the issues with my car buying process the only ones to tell are the uninformed sales rep who answer the phone. I am pretty sure if you read enough negative reviews some mention Mr Hot Rod Steve! Who claims he is a 20+ year veteran. Well i spoke to the guy today and he says he does not appreciate me saying on their Facebook page that he did not resolve my issues. He then became aggressive on the phone and hung up on me. Every call attempt made after resulted in my calls being ignored. (Message to Steve) That type of behavior Steven displays poor quality within the organization. And with 20 years of military service, from one veteran to another, you sir have lost the discipline that the military has provided you. You did not treat me as a customer much less a human. You should remove yourself from the industry. We showed up late one Saturday in need of a car since my engine blew on a trip home to see my Mom. My credit wasnt great but they said "not to worry, we will get you in a car today. And we can help with insurance too". I wasnt too happy with Progressive so I was so relieved. The selection was nice, nothing crazy but the salesman took my info and disappeared. It took a little while but When he came back, he had a few options for us. We chose the 2014 Camry because overall, it was the best value monthly and mileage wise. We were all ready to leave and we spotted an even nicer Lexus. Which he gave us cheaper than the camry. They needed a ton of references and bills and stuff but we got it all (beauty of an iPhone). We drove out in style and they called us the next day to check up and make sure we were good. Super happy with this place! I wish I lived there. read more

I was lied to about the price and payment of my vehicle and now (after putting $4000 down) we are SCREWED! I had a great experience when I went to Veracity Auto Center. Matt helped us from the initial time I walked in the door. Everyone was nice and helpful. The minute I walked on the lot I was greeted. If you want to be thoroughly annoyed due to ineptitude then this is the car dealership for you. Granted if you have credit issues and no one is giving you a chance they will give it to you but with a plethora of stipulations and annoyances. -failed to provide proof of submission for registration -lack of timeliness in providing tags and registration stickers does not take 30+ days -be prepared to play hardball with them and don't budge -nothing is ever fast with them EVER -time is never of the essence because they present it as you need them and they don't need you -get the VIN # and look the car up yourself! read more

Steven Rodriguez sold my Mother and Stepfather a 2001 Toyota around November 2017. This vehicle was sold to them for ~$2500 down and payments of $500+ per month on a vehicle that is worth $5000 or less according to Kelly Blue Book. By the time my parents would have paid this vehicle off, they would have paid $19K since they were on a 7-year contract. My Stepfather had a mild stroke from November 2017 - December 2017 and was sent to a senior care facility for rehab. My Mother went to the dealership to return the vehicle on 12/4 and provided Steven with my contact info, because the dealership would not accept a voluntary repossession. My Mother also explained that my Stepfather was unable to work due to his stroke and he could not return to work. Steven told my Mother that she would have to work with the bank to get a letter for the car to be picked up. Steven then called me on the evening of 12/4 and told me that he wanted to help my parents, because they are nice people and that my Stepfather had pretty good credit and he did not want to see his credit ruined. Steven said that his sister was in the market for a vehicle and his sister could take over the financial payments. He also stated that he could not return all my parents down payment, but he could return $1000-$1500. I asked how would the car be transferred out of my parent's name and he said that his wife was a notary and she would do the transfer. When I confronted on December 4th, I texted Steven, because he had changed his story and told my Mother that the car would have to stay in her name and we would not agree to that. His response was, "Whatever you take care. You are not on this contract". On December 5th as well, Steven tried to back track on his story and I asked to speak with his manager and he put some guy on the phone who was no help and said that he could not return any of the down payment. Steven also claimed that the car would have to stay in my parent's name, because his sister could not take over the payments until after the 1st of the year or so. Around December 5th, Steven also called trying to harass me stating that he needed an answer in the next 45 minutes as to if my parents are going to return the car or allow his sister to drive the vehicle. I told Steven that I could not force my parents to decide and they would not be willing to let his sister drive the vehicle while under my parent's name. Steven proceeded to try and taunt me via text since I then blocked his number from my phone. On December 27th, the vehicle was picked up by Veracity Auto and the payment to the bank was not due until December 22nd which would have made the payment 5 days overdue. Also, no paperwork was providing to my parents regarding the repossession. At this point, to my parent's knowledge, the car is still in their names along with financial responsibility. Lastly, the car would not start up beginning mid-December even though my parents had the car for less than one month. This dealership and the sales team are predators and should be shut down for preying on seniors and individuals with disabilities. read more

Never ever. Friend bought one with my help and they acted as if they financed the vehicle, then claimed to all references the vehicle was past due 30 days upon only having for the vehicle for 5 days. They then threatened to repo the vehicle if a payment was not made to them, not the bank that the vehicle was financed with. Super shady! Avoid at all costs. They shouldn't even have a one start rating. Someone wanted to report my family members post about my experience because they didn't want me to post anything but I don't care any more. BELOW IS ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS GOD AWFUL SO CALLED "DEALERSHIP". I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Potential car buyers BEWARE - On July 21st, 2016 a family member of mine went to this dealership in desperate need of a car and instead was taken on a roller coaster of back-n-forth, miscommunication and lies. The first problem was when said family member went to pick up the car the next day, after only being told to bring proof of insurance, she was told that she needed a co-signer. Okay no problem, they started talking to the lender and after doing all the initial paperwork..... They were told the monthly payment was going to be $253.00. After a couple of days of said family member driving around in their new car, this "dealership" notified the co-signer that they ended up changing lenders and needed to have new paperwork filled out. So because they wanted these new documents filled out so badly, they actually offered to go by the co-signers house. While there, there was no mention to the co-signer that the monthly payment was INCREASED to over $400.00... This was not found out till today, August 10, 2016. Now I am sure you are wondering how they found out about the hike up in payments. Well I guess it's a new thing now with lenders where they want to interview the person buying the vehicle to make sure they are really buying the vehicle. So the co-signer, when asked what the monthly payments would be, told them only what they were told which was $253.00. Remember they were never notified of the increase. So my guess is the lender called the dealership and informed them of the amount they were told. So after blowing up my family member's phone with phone calls, they got in touch with the dealership and that, my friends, is when my family member was told that the co-signer "Failed" the interview because the co-signer "lied" to the lender saying that the payments were to be $253.00. Well HELLO what else were they supposed to say when they were never notified of the increase. So when the dealership was called out on their unprofessional handling of this whole situation and that they never notified all parties of the increase, they decided they wanted the car back. Not only has their inadequate actions caused unneeded stress for all involved, they refused to give back the down-payment of $1000.00 that my family member worked so hard to save up in a short amount of time for this car. Not only that when the co-signer went to talk to them to figure all this out, they called the co-signer a "Liar" right there in the dealership office because of what was said in the lender interview. What company does that???? Not a reputable one that's for sure. This dealership was the reason there was miss-information given. Why would this co-signer "lie" about anything? They have no earthly reason to lie. They were even told what to say in the 1st interview. I will be sharing this experience every single place that I can. I will shout from the mountaintop if I have to. Yelp, Google, Cars.com, Auto Trader... You name it I will post it. No one deserves to be treated this way. EVER!!! It's the worst place to get a car. I bought a car there and engine light turned on. They stated they would fix it once we signed the papers. They stated they wouldn't be able to fix it. I put a dispute with the BBB, they never gone back at them. Don't get rip off like I did go elsewhere, from the general manager to the bottom had bad experience with them. Worst experience ever! I got my car at the end of August I was told I'd have my plates in two weeks. Weeks went on with much frustration over the sales manager and financial manager giving me lie after lie, the biggest being I was still covered by Warranty but when I took my car to the ford dealership they told me differently. I've been told twice my plates arrived, I went once after Nathan asked what time I could make it I arrive at that time and he's running around trying to find them doesn't find them & then asks me if I had made my last payment to them reminding me that I wasn't getting them until they received my last payment. I reminded him and another associate today YES I made that on the scheduled day quite some time ago.
