    This is what make the back shaky as it drives. The accident that it was in with the sales manager.

    I purchased a vehicle from Omar Rico and their sales manager is Kellen (who had sold the bronco to his own dealership after it had been in a fender bender) the sales rep doesn't respond back to me because he knows he's done wrong by me. Kellen's response was "Used vehicles are sold as is." With upgrades I spent $91,000 on this bronco. And they know I planned to buy another one it comes available. They didn't disclose the accident to me until signing papers and the sales guy told me they could get it fixed. The service department was able to confirm with me that their inspection showed that it's been damaged by the accident it was in and I would have not known that at purchasing without putting down the soft top. I'm super disappointed. Next I will be reaching out to the better business bureau. This is not about money. It's about principal.

    They know they are needed, and they unfortunately treat you like that. Communication is awful and almost impossible to reach anyone.

    I was not allowed to make an appt. until it was confirmed that the needed parts were in stock. The…read moreauto was dropped off the night before (Tu); they said a link would be sent for updates on what was happening & when to come get pick up. It had been made very clear I could only give up the auto on my day off (W) & would need it by the end of the day so I could get to work the day following (Th). This link sent Wednesday morning said the auto would be ready by 6pm from the get go & never seemed to have anything happen on it so I didn't understand why I had been sent it or told to rely upon it. At 4pm I tried to call for an update but no one answered repetitively. I sowed up at a quarter to 6 pick up, the service rep listed on the link was gone, my auto was not ready...I still had to take it. Apparently the parts that had been confirmed to be in stock before the appointment was made were now being ordered in??? Do ya'll not have an inventory of what parts are promised to scheduled Appt. that then auto orders a replacement when one is used? Or at least tells some one to order it ASAP when it is used? If not then what was the purpose of confirming the parts were in stock before making the appointment? And don't try saying someone else got there for the same repair on the same day before me as I dropped off the night before & if two of us did that then your inventory system should have required you to have two in stock to make two such appointments or again what was the point in confirming the parts in stock??? Frustration out :( A 2nd appt was made for the next day off--this time I would stay in the lobby not because I didn't have a dozen other things to do but because the person who had picked me up for the first drop off was out of town. Also I was concerned that if I didn't stay physically present they might again need to order a part that they had again said they already had. The lobby was nice enough. I have an issue with noise but found a quiet spot away from most of it by the vending machine (Sat). Thank you for the cocoa's. And this time the new link I was sent actually did stuff. And ther repair was done. Oh, and I did try to just give this info directly to them yay know-privately in the little customer review they sent after...the comments section was severely limited on the # of characters it could accept so, here it is.

He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. They provide awesome customer service and ease the car-buying process.

At least it felt like it when a big coolant leak sprayed dexcool all over. 24 Motors to the rescue! This is a fair priced dealership with a straight shooting owner. They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Thanks 24 Motors, you've earned a customer.

I drove hours without an appointment…read morejust to be sure I wouldn't deal with my home town dealer again, and I am seriously so happy I decided to. Yafeth was so understanding and helpful, even after our initial disappointment when the car we came to see was in the middle of being purchased. I feel bad that the majority of the cars we wanted to see were in their spare lot but the extra effort he made in keeping a smile on his face while I was being indecisive truly made me feel better and he didn't make me feel like I was being inconvenient. He…read moredrove down from salt lake and we took the car for a ride and all of a sudden alarms were going off on the screen and it said it needed to go to a mechanic. So we took it to a mechanic where he found some codes that affected the emissions. So it wouldn't pass. We took the car back and told them what the mechanic found . My friend was not going to put down a non refundable $500 if the car didn't get fixed . They said they would have their mechanic look at it and when my friend called on Saturday they said the problem was fixed. So he paid them $500 and said when he got back from his trip he would pick the car up. When he came to pick the car up we took it back to the mechanic and he retested it and new codes came up. Of course we were upset! We took it back to Action Auto and they said those codes will just go away the more you drive it. Umm who wants to buy a car already having issues? The car had also been in an accident but they said it didn't affect anything . Well my friend stood his ground and said he wanted his $500 back because he didn't want the car with known issues. The manager wasn't in to authorize the money to be given back so my friend had to call the next week. During the sales pitch he asked what the best price was that they could come down to and he was told there's no room to go down in price. They were also only going to give him 5 gallons of gas to go home with ( when you buy a new car the dealer always fills the tank) a few days later he called the manager and he finally approved the $500 to be refunded. My friend went to another dealership up north and bought almost the same car with less mileage. They put all new tires, replaced the cabin filters, filled the tank with gas and came down on the price . . Another funny thing.. my husband looked at all the negative reviews on here so he called action auto and told them he was looking at a car on their lot but then read all the negative reviews and asked them why... they said well gave you looked at google reviews ? (We all know people can make fake reviews on Google ) my husband said no just the ones on yelp and the guy hung up on my husband . So what does that tell you? This business is so freaking shady ! Please do your homework before you buy from them. Take the car to a reliable mechanic to make sure the car is actually ok. We sure are glad we did! Shady, shady business

Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

Hear me…read moreout: We were in an incredible bind as a family - needing to take our 3 month old daughter to some specialty treatment for her seizures across the country. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities.
