I'd give them zero stars if I could but I can't so one will have to do. Where do I start....? First my friends drive me all the way down from Idaho to look at the 2013 subaru impreza they are selling right now. As me and one friend took the car for a test drive we left her sister in the car we drove down. The car was parked next to the fence by the side of the office close to where they detail cars. The two guys that were working in the shop started talking about my friend. They called her Gorda (Spanish for fat women) and joked a bunch about her weight and looks. little did they know they know... she knows Spanish. Appalling they'd talk so openly about someone in ear shot thinking that she wouldn't understand.... great job guys maybe treat your customers better. Next the car I wanted to buy The 2013 subaru impreza JF1GPAC63D2853430 There should be a big warning not just on the car but with the dealership. They claimed the engine was switched out 8 months ago under warranty and that they themselves flushed fluids and did all the tune-up maintenance needed. They told me it had no other problems. The newer engine had 60,000 miles on it when it was put in. No records other then word of mouth info from them on this... okay interesting a big of a red flag but I wasn't super concerned. Jared told me all was good with the car no other issues. So we drove down to see this car. Once we got the keys to the car we drove it around a bit. Took it on the freeway and over to the closest certified subaru dealership. Drove smoothly but I wanted to have the subaru dealer look under the hood and what not to see anything I couldn't. They did an inspection and well the found some major leaks in things like the windshield wiper fluid to the timing cover. Also a break in the valve cover too. (See attached picture) just 3 of the repairs on the list would cost a minimum of $2600 to start. The others would add much more. In addition to this the tires were wearing uneven and would either need to be replaced with an alignment ($650) or have them shaved and aligned if possible. Rust underneath wasn't helping too but the subaru dealer ship said do not but this car unless they have it for super cheap. Going back to leiva motors we waited for a minute and then talked to the salesmen that was there. We showed him what we found out at the certified dealer with the tires and leaks. He told us that the car was a trade in and is now an as is car. Asking just under $5500 we told him that the concern was that this car would end up costing us was more then the $2600 for just the 3 engine repairs needed and that the other $650 in tires worried us. He told us they could have some one else do the tires cheaper (Big O tires) which I understand but dismissed the information for the engine. When I brought this up and the concern about it and the price he said he couldn't move more then $500 down on the price and that the price was staying put. I showed up with cash in hand ready to buy this car if things turned out but surprise they didn't. He wasn't willing to go lower then $500 off on this vehicles price and not a penny more. So I thanked him and we left. No shock here I was extremely disappointed and very frustrated with how much they did not care about what I found and had documentation for from the actual subaru dealer in town... Soon after we walked out I learned about the workers there making fun of my friend in front of her. I went from disappointed and a little offended to furious. They showed very little regard for not just me and the car I waited to see...(car was not vacuumed out and smelled like smoke and air freshener) But the fact they'd call a girl Gorda in front of her is not right. Always get your car looked at by a certified dealer or a mechanic that knows what they are doing. These guys disregard a lot of things. I do not recommend them at all.

Yafeth was so understanding and helpful, even after our initial disappointment when the car we came to see was in the middle of being purchased. They had an older Tesla Model S for sale that me and my wifey were interested in. We found it online and messaged about it and they seemed to be good with us taking it for a test drive. We live about an hour away so we came into Orem to test drive it, and when we pulled in people inside looked over but nobody came out to the lot or anything. We walked around trying to find the car but we couldn't, so finally we had to go in and ask someone about the car, and someone reluctantly came to show us where it was. We asked for the person we had been messaging with and they told us that the individual was not in but they could help us. The new person then proceeded to show us the car and all was going well. When it came to it, we asked if we could test drive it and the person said yes absolutely. They went to go get the keys, but when they came back they told me they were actually "late for a wedding" and had to leave early so we couldn't test drive. This was off putting so I asked if someone else could show us the car and he brought his manager (at least that's what they said he was). The new guy said I wasn't allowed to test drive the car because it was a "performance car" and I could only test drive the car if they ran my credit, to (and I quote) "make sure" I could afford it and be approved for it. This immediately caught me by surprise, as the car was simply about $25k and was a USED HIGHER MILEAGE TESLA. I own a business and through my life have bought many cars, all of them performance vehicles or expensive trucks and never once had a dealership try to run my credit to verify I could "afford it" when inquiring. I politely asked why they had to run my credit as obviously that wasn't normal, but they didn't give me a straight answer and one of the guys actually even let out a sort of laugh when the other gentleman was "attempting" to explain. They were also highly condescending in tone. On the spot with that having happened we thanked them for their time and walked out, but we could hear them snickering behind us. Shame. We even had our checkbook with us as we were really interested in purchasing the vehicle on the spot. Guess they didn't want the business. We went here immediately after I got off work that Saturday and I wonder if they treated us this way because I had on work boots that had a bit of paint stains on them. Regardless of the reason this is not how a dealership should work. We put off leaving a review but I ran into the page here and see others have also had bad experiences and thought we'd finally share ours, in hopes of hopefully helping people stay clear. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Stay away and go elsewhere.

He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. At least it felt like it when a big coolant leak sprayed dexcool all over. 24 Motors to the rescue! This is a fair priced dealership with a straight shooting owner. They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Thanks 24 Motors, you've earned a customer.

We brought our 2022 Altima in for diagnostics/repairs for two issues: the horn honks at random times, the wiper fluid reservoir sensor is malfunctioning. We told the service dept rep, Christopher Gonzalez, what issues we had and explained that we wanted the repairs done under warranty as our vehicle had less than 36k miles on it. He documented our concerns, took the keys, and said he would reach out to us when they had completed the diagnostics. That was it. Christopher did NOT verify the status of the warranty (time or mileage) at the time we dropped off the car. Christopher did NOT state at any time or in any way that diagnostic fees would only be covered if the vehicle was still under warranty. The first time any mention of warranty coverage was discussed was AFTER diagnostics were done, AFTER submitting diagnostic results to "corporate", AFTER corporate said the BASIC warranty coverage applied - then, and only then, did Christopher look to see if our warranty was still valid. It was expired based on time, not mileage. When he called with this information, he quoted the price for making the desired repairs. I declined to proceed with the work. We were surprised to learn that the repairs were not covered because the time had expired on the warranty. Nevertheless, this was the case - no coverage under warranty. They sent us an invoice for labor (diagnostics). When I got to the dealership, I asked to speak with a manager about the invoice - specifically, there was never any mention that we would be charged for diagnostics if the warranty did not cover the repairs. THIS IS THE MAJOR PROBLEM. Christopher Gonzalez failed to clearly state the cost of diagnostics would only be covered if the warranty was valid. At no point at any time did Christopher advise us that we would be charged for diagnostics. The first indication of this was when we were given the invoice when we picked up the car. Here is the icing on the cake: the MANAGER. My god, how they ever let this clown interact with customers is BEYOND me. I do not have a name of the "manager." He is a white male in his late 20s/early 30s, short hair, heavy set. After explaining everything to the manager and making it clear we were not happy with how things had been handled, he started out by asking us if we "even bothered to read the warranty." His tone was absolutely condescending, talking to me as if I was some sort of idiot for not understanding that the warranty had both a time and a mileage expiration. Secondly, instead of listening to our grievance, he instead decided to take personal offense at the fact that WE were upset. He didn't listen to understand - he took our grievance as a personal attack, accusing us of being rude "from the minute you walked in here this morning." At any point, he could have asked the simple question: "Did Christopher explain that diagnostic fees would only be covered if the warranty was still good?" THAT WOULD HAVE CLEARED THE AIR IMMEDIATELY - No, Christopher did NOT explain that fact. When it became clear he had no intention of "exercising good faith" and waiving the diagnostic fees (even though it was clear and evident that Christopher had failed to make the required disclaimer when we showed up that morning), I told him to process the charge for payment. While doing so, he declared "I could have helped you out and waived these charges, but I'm not going to because I don't like the way you are talking to me." WHAT ABSOLUTE NERVE! When I placed my card on the reader to pay, a signature screen popped up. The manager said, "You need to sign it... like it clearly says if you had taken the time to read it - just like you should have read your warranty paperwork." WHAT IN THE EVERY LOVING @$&#! The manager was completely and utterly disgraceful in how he treated us. He was condescending and disrespectful in every way. I cannot overstate this enough: he is the WORST example of what a manager should be or how a manager should behave when dealing with customers. Juan Morales, Fixed Operations Director, contacted me for a follow-up. I explained everything in detail. I made it perfectly clear that Christopher had failed to make the required warranty disclaimer up front. THIS in and of it self should in all good conscience justify Juan exercising "good faith" and refunding the charges for diagnostics. NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. $455, and for what? The best part: the technician didn't even reassemble the airbag correctly. The horn/airbag is protruding from the steering wheel. The name Ken Garff is forever stained. We will never buy from them again. Buyer beware: AVOID AT ALL COST.

I purchased a Dodge Journey, and from the moment I received the car, there were immediate red flags. The vehicle showed that it needed an oil change, and one of the tires required air the same day I drove it off the lot. When I reached out to Jess, I was told the mechanic was unavailable due to illness, which made me question whether the vehicle had been properly inspected at all. When I returned the following day, I was instructed to contact the bank regarding my loan and was told not to mention any issues with the vehicle because they were supposedly being addressed. I was also asked to tell the bank that I had paid a $1,000 down payment, even though I had only paid $400 (with a $20 tip). As a first-time car buyer, I felt pressured and uncomfortable with these instructions. Later, while I was out of town for a family funeral, the car began overheating and smoking within just a few days of purchase. Jess encouraged me to drive it back to Provo despite the condition of the vehicle, but it became clear the car was not safe to operate. I ultimately had to park it and return the keys to the dealership. At that time, Jess acknowledged that the mechanic had not properly inspected the car and had only performed an oil change and checked the tire pressure. After several days without updates on the repairs, I informed Jess that I wanted to cancel the contract and requested a refund of my deposit. I was initially told the deposit was non-refundable; however, I explained that the circumstances--including the incorrect information I was asked to provide to the bank--invalidated the agreement. I provided proof of my actual payment and stated I would pursue legal action if necessary. Only then was I told the deposit would be refunded. Despite this, it has now been several months, and I still have not received the refund. I have documentation of all communication and have reported the situation to the bank as well. My overall experience reflects poor communication, lack of proper vehicle inspection, and significant concerns about the sales process.
