Mr. Silver will come out at all hours when most companies will have you wait until the next day or morning. I'll give him that. However, Mr. Silver took over 4 months to do a simple AC swap out. When I questioned needing a condensation pump, he took personal offense. I sought a second and third opinion as best I could being careful not to allow other companies to physically examine the workings so as to not jeopardize my labor warranty with Mr. Silver. We never agreed to or authorized the installation of the condensation pump that was recommended by Mr. Silver and yes, another company. After months of nearly begging Mr. Silver to get to completing our install, he sends 2 of his "techs" to complete the work. Once he discovers we are not authorizing the installation of a condensation pump, he refused to proceed with completing the contractual obligation of the remainder of my installation. He'd been paid in full months prior. He was asked to do nothing more, nothing less. He lost his mind. He threatened to have his techs remove the temporary condensation line for which I had paid him over a month prior to install. Essentially, he abandoned the remainder of the contract unless we allowed and paid him for a condensation pump. By the way, the pump was not necessary as the original drain line was NOT faulty/broken as Mr. Silver stated. The company hired to complete the install simply blew out the existing drain line with compressed air and it has worked perfectly since. No $980 condensation pump installation needed. Mr. Silver handled himself extremely unprofessionally. I was called and idiot and my husband was asked if I was going through menopause. Yeah, this actually happened. This is the most unprofessional tradesman I've ever dealt with. Apparently he doesn't realize the power of "word of mouth" advertising. We were very understanding when the delays were due to Covid-19 related incidents however he was constantly able to be busy installing other units throughout the months he delayed completing ours. We made an appointment for this week on Tuesday morning, and she mentioned the technician would arrive between 9-11am. When Tuesday rolled around, the technician called at 9am and said they were on their way. After the cleaning, I requested to pay online, so I was emailed the invoice along with three photos showing proof of the cleaning and the result of what they found. I paid with a credit card which didn't incur additional fees. Very efficient and straightforward. I'm pleased!

All American listened when I called, perhaps skeptical at first since it sounded like I had quite a few issues, but they scheduled me right away, sent a tenured tech out, he went through all of the issues with me again, was kind to my dogs, was quick to figure things out, explained what was going on in easy terms, and got things fixed. Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. Where would it have gone and why would I lie? 3) you only bought a new ecobee because I posted a review everywhere I could and held your portable units until the issue was resolved. 4) I said I would post an update that you bought a new ecobee but since you would not resolve the issue willingly I did not feel it was right to outright remove them. I did update the Google reviews but missed this one. So here is your update, the business manager is writing inaccurate replies and never fully resolved the issue by repairing the wall. The giant hole is still right where it was and the new ecobee doesn't fit properly so the wall needs to be painted.

Then after finding no available sensors, The owner Alex stepped up and sourced a replacement sensor from the mfg. Last Thursday, we noticed water streaming out of the AC vent in our pantry, never a great sign! By the time they got here, the water had stopped, so I told them I'd reach back out if it started again. Well, sure enough, Saturday rolls around and the leak starts up again. I called them back and within 30 minutes, Alex (one of the owners--on his day off) and Taylor were both at my door. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the bottom of it. After a deep dive into the system, they figured it out: the drain pipe had been installed with a 90-degree elbow instead of two 45s, creating too much pressure. Over time, it wore down and finally cracked, right as our AC was working overtime in the summer heat. Once it started condensing, water had nowhere to go but down... into our pantry. Alex and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain everything in a way that made total sense. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly top-tier experience. Highly recommend. These are the kind of people you want to work with.
