While my previous dentist was fine, I started feeling uneasy about the amount of work being recommended (fillings, crowns, etc.) that didn't seem urgent. I wanted a second opinion, and I'm grateful I found this office! The dental office atmosphere felt warm and welcoming--not cold or sterile like many dental offices. The entire staff was friendly and genuinely kind. Tammy helped get me set up as a new patient and was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable during my perio charting, which not all offices do. As someone with some gum recession, I really appreciated that they take this seriously and track it closely. Dr. Eliassen was so wonderful. She was thorough, patient, and generous with her time. She walked me through my x-rays, explained everything clearly, and even fixed an enamel chip I had (which fixed the cold sensitivity that I was experiencing). Overall, I had an excellent experience and for the first time in a while I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Eliassen and her amazing team!

Every single time I have been there, I felt that each one in the office cared for my dental health and wanted to provide the best services possible. In my opinion, they have exceeded my expectations especially when compared to the other dentists I used to go to until Integrated Dental Arts opened their doors around 1991. This latest yearly examination was, in many ways, more efficient due to the continued expertise of the staff from the front desk to the assistants for Dr. Hakes and Samantha, who did the scheduling for my next visit. All of them were not only efficiently performing their duties but were exceedingly professional in doing so. I cannot envision going anywhere else for my dental health needs.

I was in the…read moreprocess of moving out of state and called their office to inform them of the golf ball-sized infection in my extremely bruised face. While they called in an antibiotic prescription it didn't help. When I tried reaching Dr. Clayhold after hours on his cell phone, it went to voice mail. I ended up needing emergency surgery ($3,000) from a different surgeon to have the implant taken out. Not only did Dr. Clayhold and his practice refuse to reimburse me for the work they'd done, they suggested that since I was able to drive 100 miles to the "new" surgeon, I should have driven the 400 miles to their office for them to take care of it. As it was, given my pain level, I was in no condition to make either of the trips and had to find someone to drive me to the closer surgeon. Dr. Clayhold's office did offer me an insulting $500 "hardship" credit to my $5,000+ procedure, which included a $1,000 robotics upcharge less than 24 hours before surgery, related to my bone density. The entire experience was a nightmare. I was on antibiotics for nearly a month, missed several days of work, and $8,000 later, I still don't have an implant.

He has been in about 10 times for bone graphing/tooth extractions/implants...And wouldn't regret spending the money to get everything taken care of correctly!!! I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and had no problems pre or post procedure! You will not want to go any place else!!!

The finance lady (Kara) had called her and told her the bill would be $1700. My daughter told the lady that she cannot afford that bill. The finance lady said oh don't worry about it. Insurance will cover most of that and the bill will be way less. I like to give you a high number just in case. She never called my daughter back. On the day of her appointment they brought her back and started her visit. Halfway through the visit and right before she was set to get an IV the financial lady (Kara) came in and told us the bill would be $1529. I was in shock and I asked why. She said we had used 62% of our alloted annual maximum and that we had to pay the difference in full. Mind you it is mid November and that my annual maximum would reset 1/1/2023. When I asked how much would it be in January she said oh I don't have those numbers. She then told my daughter "We discussed this." My daughter was so scared she didn't know what to say. Kara said we can do payments but who cares. It doesn't change the cost. This procedure could have been done in January for $1000 less than the current visit. I left furious and Kara basically said well your daughter is 19 and I do not have to inform you. But I will take your credit card. So after my daughter had her procedure she explained to me what Kara had told her. She NEVER called her back with an updated estimate and they WAITED until she was in the chair and about to get an IV to spring that bill on her. Mind you she is 19. If I was not there how in the world would she have paid that? And what would they do at that point? Put her on a payment plan? Make her open a credit card? This is SO SHADY. You deceive her with an amount. Tell her don't worry it will be way less, get her in the chair halfway through the exam and then spring that 1529 bill on her. That is completely unfair. You could have put her into a debt that she could not pay as a 19 yo. You basically deceived her. And then when I came out furious Kara basically blamed my daughter. This was her fault. She never gave a real estimate, told her it would be way less when she said she can't afford that and then said nothing until she was about to have a needle put in her vein. I plan to file complaints with my insurance company, BBB, notify my dentist and dispute my card. I have never been put in a position like that before. If it was me I would have completely walked out. But because it was my daughter what am I going to tell her? Get up we are leaving? And what would you have done to to her had I not been there. Please do not use this place. This was so awful what they did. I felt bullied into a bill that was unnecessary and cost me $1000 right around Christmas. I don't like being bullied.

Dr Cazan is the dentist nightmares and horror movies are made of. He is incredibly rude and he was…read moreconsistently telling me what he could do for me then immediately tell me how it would be too expensive or I could not afford it. Befuddling to me because I have great insurance and I never walked in with less than $1500 for my out of pocket for each visit. Back in 2020 I had a root canal done in another country because I didn't have great insurance or the funds to pay for it, but my US based dentist did look over it when I got back into the US and confirmed the work itself was quality work, I never had any issues with that tooth for years. I recently moved to WA and when I got another sinus infection I went to Dr. Cazan as a new patient, he confirmed I needed a root canal on the tooth next to the one I'd previously had a root canal done on. The only problem they saw with the other tooth (the one done outside the country) was a fracture on the root, but nothing else. I scheduled the root canal, Dr Cazan told me he could use a stronger X-ray but as was his way, also told me I couldn't afford it, so I took him at his word. When I came in for the actual root canal it was an Aide who came and told me I didn't need a root canal, again I trusted them and let the Aide drill out and fill in my bad tooth. Dr Cazan came in long enough to scoff at me and tell me that no one in his office told me the other tooth was fractured. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The work they did was just crap, the filling they gave me was jagged and had sharp edges that were uncomfortable to put it nicely. When my sinus infection returned I trusted that the Dentist had done everything they could and this time I went to Urgent Care, not having a regular Dr. yet. They treated me for a sinus infection but nothing worked, I was in and out of Urgent Care several times with no luck, nothing got rid of the infection, so when my face began to swell I went back to Dr. Cazan. I needed a root canal on the tooth they had decided not to do the root canal on and the infection was so bad my other tooth was now infected as well. Dr Cazan went off about how having work done in another country was the cause of the problem, not the fact that they failed to give me a root canal when I needed the root canal month prior. I'd been on antibiotics for several months at this point but they insisted on giving me another antibiotic and sent me home to wait for the infection to clear up, setting an appointment for the root canal about 3 weeks out. Within 10 days my face swelled up again and even larger, so Dr Cazan finally agreed to an emergency surgery. Because of the infection none of the pain killers Dr. Cazan gave me did any good, he was quite honest about that and seemed to think it was no big deal. I sat there for 6-8 hours as he went back and forth between me and other patients. He used the X-ray that was previously far to expensive for me (and ended up being quite affordable with my insurance). Even after telling me he couldn't kill the pain for me he would mock me when I'd cry out telling me I wasn't feeling pain just pressure. His Aide sat next to me wiping away my tears as he did the root canal. He then gave me options to save the other tooth then shot down every option because it was to expensive or he would have to refer me to another Dentist who would also be too expensive for me. Defeated, disgusted, and in an incredible amount of pain I let him extract the other tooth. All the whole he kept blaming the shoddy work done in another country. On every visit I paid my out of pocket and on every return visit they would tell me I had a credit from last time. By the final visit I was aware that they had a habit of overcharging me and NOT letting me know when they owed me, so when I got my insurance statement I had to call them and go through so many hoops just to get the $450 back that they owed me. They really didn't want to give me my money back. Because of the severity of the infection caused by Him NOT doing the root canal when I first needed it, it caused permanent damage to my sinuses and I have spent the last year dealing with an ENT and some very costly medical procedures and now require surgery to correct the damage he caused, and honestly, He's lucky I have chosen not to sue. There was absolutely no issues with my other tooth until he failed to do the necessary work, from the start he judged my financial situation incorrectly and treated me like I was rubbish. This company, or at least Dr Cazan only care about how much money they can get off of you and will do the minimum. You have to advocate for yourself, you have to negotiate with your insurance, and you have to fight them to get funds back when they overxharge you. Do not go here.

My husband is a disabled Veteran and gets most of his medical treatments at the VA but in this case…read morethe VA didn't have anyone that could make dentures so he was able to go outside the VA to have it done. The first set of Dentures made by the owner of the Dental Center were great, my Husband walked out and never needed to go back for adjustments. After a few years and this set broke he went to the VA and they still didn't have anyone to make Dentures so they let him go out into the public to have them made. He had such good luck with this Dental Center he went back and every thing went down hill from there. He was told they could repair the broken set so he would have a set while they made him a new set. The lady that was told to make the mold for his new Dentures wasn't very receptive at all. When my Husband gave her the broken set she said " we couldn't do that" then tossed the denture in the chair. She seemed very upset because she was asked t make the Dentures. After the mold was made and my husband went back he ask to see the owner and was told he wasn't in the building so a Technician help my husband. At that time he told the tech. that they hurt his mouth and mind you my husband has been wearing Dentures about 70 years so he knows when the Dentures don't feel right. They made adjustments, my husband told them they still hurt and he was told to take them home and where them. He still couldn't wear them so he missed out on dinners for Veteran Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. He returned again to have them corrected he told the Tech. the lower Denture was to loose and would fall out when he tried to bite into food. He was then told there was nothing they could do, he ask to see the owner and again he was told the owner was out of the building. They received over $2000.00 dollars from the VA. for dentures and now they told him there wasn't any more they could do after the realignment failed. They didn't offer to make a new set since the lower denture wasn't made correctly to start with. All I can say is this Dental Center doesn't stand behind their work and took advantage of a Veteran and the VA. After being told there was nothing else they could do my husband returned to the VA Dental Clinic and as the first of the year the VA was able to hire a Tech. and this Tech. was able to do what Airway Heights Center said couldn't be done, she fixed Airway Heights mess and was also able to fix the broken set that Airway Heights Dental Center said couldn't be done. I wouldn't recommend Airway Heights Dental Center to anyone especial Veterans and Seniors. BV
