That black guy Evan is so rude whenever I ask him a question he keeps saying the words I told you like he takes it as a dumb question. He did not do a good job on fixing the brakes. Do not go to Shell go to mobile they fix your car quicker than a rabbit gets F shell they take too long. He needs to retire. read more

I like to start off by saying honesty is always the best policy. Today I stop by the shop to see about servicing my 2018 Honda Accord AC, unfortunately, was not able to have it done here, BUT the gentleman that work there explained in detail as to why, were very professional, and mad a very good impression on me. Never thought I would give a gas station 5 stars....a gas station is a gas station. You drive in, fill it up and drive off. Service is what makes a difference especially when what you provide can be commonly found anywhere...I mean how many gas stations are in Miami? I drove into this gas station because I was near E and had many miles to go before I got home. I remembered I had two old shell gas cards in my wallet that I hadn't used in months and didn't remember if I had any money in them much less how much. The store clerk was probably the nicest, friendliest store clerk I have ever found in a gas station. He took the time to find out how much I had in those gas cards and helped me use them. read more

This place rocks! Johnny runs a great shop, everything you would expect from a full service auto repair. I went for a quick tire punch, but I noticed the little things. lack of knowledge. They will focus on having you leave your car over night or the weekend for simple tasks. You will see 10-30 cars sitting there and none finished. I gave them several attempts to assist me and I ended up at the mobil down the block that provided the services right away and for 1/2 the price. this shell charges more than the BMW directly and also when they dont get it right, they charge you again until the find the issue. I never got my issue resolved with them and paid them over $300 in labor for a task that cost me $75 at the mobil on kendall drive and 99. read more

Second visit to the mechanic. First went well so I went back. Had two minor problems. low tire pressure icon lit up and windshield washer would not deliver liquid. Dropped off the car and walked home. An hour or so later I got a call that my car was ready. Asked how much did the repair cost. Was told $250.00. Couldn't imagine a washer pump could cost that much. Walked back to the station and the mechanic told me they did extract a nail from the tire and patched the hole. He then walked me over to the car, asked that I start the washer. I moved the windshield wiper stalk up and no water. He then pointed out I was doing it wrong. I need to pull the stalk to me. He then laughed and gave me the bill for the tire repair. He also washed the car. I'll be going back to that station. I found a keeper. read more
