Very Disappointed - Will Not Be Returning I'm really disappointed to write this review because I used to be a regular customer here, but my recent experience was unacceptable. I brought in my son's new car (a 2023 Mazda with only 20,000 miles) for an oil change over the weekend. After the service, warning lights for low engine oil started coming on almost immediately. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back, thinking maybe it was just a faulty sensor, especially since I had gone through a car wash. However, the warning light continued all weekend. On Monday, I took the car to a Mazda dealership, and they confirmed--via video--that the issue was due to not enough oil being added during the service. I shared that video with this shop, and instead of taking accountability and simply refunding the $100, they said they're "investigating." Meanwhile, I had to spend additional time and money fixing their mistake. This was a dangerous oversight on their part and completely unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on this experience. read more

My son is a student at FIU, and went by this place yesterday on his way out-of-town to get an oil change. The staff took their time with him and explained everything they were doing. They checked the car out to make sure he would have no issues on the road. He needed to have his transmission flushed (yes, it was due). He told me he noticed a huge difference after the flush in the handling and acceleration of the car. Very reasonable, trustworthy and even gave him a bit of a break on the pricing for being a student. HIGHLY recommend! THE FASTEST ANS SMOOTHEST oil change process I have ever had. This station is connected to a 7-Eleven, which honestly had me a little sketched out. The guys here were so kind and professional. They made sure I understood everything they were doing to my car and didn't try to push a bunch of random stuff on me. They did inform me of things that might become issues in the future and helped me decide what was best for me right now. I went in for just an oil change but left getting a few of my filters changed because they were gross. (He actually took them out and showed me). They looked at everything, my lights, tire pressure, filter (did not advice to get a new one as the one I had was clean). Why can't all oil changes be done this way?? Ugh two things I dislike very much: putting gas and getting an oil change. I arrived here a little skeptical since I didn't make any calls in knowing if appointments are required. As soon I pulled in closer, a young gentlemen waived me down. I rolled right into their garage. I had my oil changed along with air filters all within 15 minutes! Never left my car. It couldn't have gone any smoother. While my car was off during the service, I did not feel uncomfortable. I had my window slightly cracked. They showed me the before and after of each service completed and even offered me a coupon! Great Service! Went here because I had left a Good Year crappy place Coral Gables that was very rude to me and very condescending. Went here right after on a Sunday because I had overfilled my oil tank. The employee that helped me was very respectful and polite about telling me what I had done, what could be the dangers, and next what he was able to do to correct the issue! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I went in for an oil change for my Subaru WRX STI 2018. They decided not to touch the drain plug so they overfilled the oil with around 6-7 quarts (max is 4.5 on this vehicle). 2 minutes driving home afterwards the car started to boggle and feel like it's failing, at this point I'm terrified. I luckily made it home and left it for the day to only find the next day the oil is dirty and very overfilled. I returned to be helped by the Manager/Liability to the company: Richard. He agreed they messed up and drained it himself. On my way to work, the car still had issues. I later came home to find out it was STILL overfilled, by the locations manager. I went back and literally had to eye one of the assistant managers to do it correctly, as he stated "according to my research, the oil should be over the Fill line", basically saying it should be overfilled. Finally it was done correctly, but my car suffered so badly, I had to leave it at my job for 7 days! The District Manager Arnando, a liability and a horrible human being. I opened a claim to have my car fixed and paid for, he sends someone 3 days after I left my car in my job (after he said it would've been done the first day I left my car) and never gets back to me. 2 days later I call the store to be answered by Richard who says the claim was denied with a happy and non-caring attitude of my situation. I call corporate, Arnando (District Manager) calls me back and says "My claim is denied because the oil was filled." Of course it is, I went there 3 times. He decided to ignore the video of my cars exhaust sounding like it was drowning, error codes on my Accessport, and idles so horrible the car turns off on its own, mind you I was driving 40mph in the condition it was in earlier and the car turned off in mid traffic, LUCKILY myself and my father who was in the car made it out okay. I digress, later Arnando reopens the claim and instructs me to take it to a mechanic, I get it fixed and the mechanic confirms it was an oil change issue (spark plugs were coated with thick oil, not allowing the car to fire properly). I then call corporate to tell them I did it, and Arnando calls me back a day later to tell me again "your claim was denied because the oil was filled at the time of being fixed". Both Richard and Arnando were in on this game of back and forth to basically not taking responsibility. I call my lawyer up and they send an email to Arnando's email, which he never responded. We sent a physical letter to corporate and finally we get an answer, they reimbursed me double the costs 3 months later. I will NEVER choose valvoline in my life and I recommend everyone do it with someone they trust or themselves. I believe Arnando and Richard are liabilities and should be Demoted/Fired. read more

Let me just say the way service is set up and dealt with is commendable. The workers that provided my oil change were quick, efficient, and helpful. They explained their knowledge of the check up and why certain parts needed to be changed, they even helped me adjust some of my car settings properly. Prior to getting my oil change I called their company to inquire about prices (I just moved from NY) and was given a complimentary coupon, they have great customer service and are very affordable! This was my first time going to this business. I was very favorably impressed with their quality, customer service and attention to detail. I had a synthetic oil change and had a $10 coupon but upon speaking with the Manager Miguel Alfonso and letting him know this was my first visit and that it was their excellent reviews on Yelp, he found a $15 coupon to help me save more. After checking my car he let me know that my oil filter and AC Filter should be replaced and showed me the parts where it was evident that they should be replaced. I received additional discounts on the parts and the services were all done within 15 minutes. I will be returning to this business for my next oil change because of the outstanding customer service, quality job, and quick turnaround around time.
