That isn't…read morequite true; we pumped our well dry 25 years after our house was built and the submersible pump needed replacing. That second pump lasted almost 25 years, but a spring leaking into the well caused sediment and another failure that was not the fault of the submersible pump. So now we have a pump that'll last the rest of my life (I'm 72 years old). Neither service call was an emergency since I was able to reduce the pressure and get by untill they arrived. Five years ago our 20 year old control box failed. They came immediately for that... at 4:30 PM. They were prepared to pull the old pump... at 4:30 PM. You can't beat that kind of dedication to a customer. Bartman keeps up with current information (had me set the pressure higher since the manufacturer recommended it; used a two wire pump this time since labor cost and reliability are better). They installed our second pump while we were away and left the control box for me to install. They could have billed us for a visit to adjust the pressure, and scheduled another visit to install the control box... but they don't work that way. Knowing their customers has something to do with that, but we know and trust Bartman, and they know and trust us.

As I searched online…read moreI saw that you need to recover the old refrigerant first so I jumped on yelp to search putting a request for service in. One of the companies that reached out was Haven and I'm glad I decided to go with them. Communication was top notch and when they arrived they quickly got to work. When I asked about another possible (future) job to remove/cap the gas line for the old furnace I was told they could even look at it right then and said they'd take care of me on cost. Not only did I get the refrigerant done they capped the gas line for me and also removed the old outdoor ac unit/furnace. When it came time to settle up on the original job plus the rest they were true to their word and gave me a very fair final quote. No physical card on you no problem as they take tap to pay! Needless to say they are now my go to company for all my hvac needs and I will be doing the new system with them! Been dealing with Comfort Pro for few years. Always for most part had very good service on all 3 of…read moreour units under contract. On Sunday, 2/8/26 during the extreme cold spell we experienced an issue with one of the units. Seemed that maybe Comfort Pro was having an issue for on-call tech. Tech showed up and checked our unit, advising that it was functioning properly and did readjust the gas valve, and departed. I had another HVAC company respond to check the unit. He said he smelled gas and found that gas line from gas valve to the line leading to the burners was leaking. I took picture of the fluid bubbling up after he sprayed it. Tech told me that the leak could have caused a terrible fire mishap, especially next to the burners. He corrected the issue and the furnace is presently back up to proper heating condition. He said the burners may not have been getting enough gas since it was leaking. We will be calling Comfort Pro on Monday! Should have techs better trained for these situations.
