A service technician came out (again on time) and fixed the issue quickly and we are set up. The customer service is amazing and everyone is super friendly and eager to help us with everything.

I cannot stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff are but there is constant traffic and only one of them working so they're getting run ragged. I went in one morning for a water test and the only employee in the building was working on one and there was one more before me. Within about 7 minutes after I arrived, four more people came in for water tests plus another couple of shoppers who had questions. I felt bad for her because there's only so much one person can do at a time. I went in today in the early afternoon and it was the exact same situation for a different employee. I don't know if it's hard to find help or if the management is completely negligent but somebody needs to help them out. It's peak pool season and everybody is getting pools ready for July 4th. It's insane to only staff one person at a time.

When I was contacted by the business I was quoted $110/hr plus - specifically so I would be aware of the full cost/charge spectrum - the cost of any chemicals consumed. Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.

We met Ty from TNT Pools and Spas in 2004 after TNT Pools put in a pool at my neighbors house…read moreacross our fence. As we watched our neighbors enjoy their pool that Summer I reached out to Ty and his staff at TNT Pools the following Spring and had him come out tell us about his pools. We'd interviewed several pool companies and decided on a fiberglass pool because of the shifting soil/earthquakes in Oklahoma. Almost all of the gunnite pools we'd looked at had cracking from the shifting soil issues, the fiberglass had not. TNT Pools was straight forward about the build, price, concise on their timeline with the caveat of weather (rain) as being the only delay, should it come up. They were onsite for about a week, had to dig through heavy limestone but got our pool installed in time (approx 9 days). We went with a salt system (Zodiac LM24) and have never looked back. The beautiful backyard, enhancement to our property and use of the pool was so worth it. When you house becomes the favorite house for your kids and their friends it's so much easier not to worry about where your children are at when they're just outside the back door. When it comes to service after the sale Ty and his staff are second to none. We've had to replace a pump (they go out after many years) and the sand in our filter changed, it was just a quick call and TNT's staff was promptly at the house. I have recommend Ty and TNT Pools and Spas to many friends who have had pools installed at their homes, all of them have had the same experience, very satisfied. Thank you Ty and TNT Pools and Spas for building our pool 16 years ago, it still looks great and has provided us with so many memories and many more to come.

The first time we had Galaxy come out for a repair they diagnosed a bad pump. It costed $800, which didn't fix the problem. A couple of months go by and we have Galaxy come out again. This time Galaxy diagnoses the problem as a heating element and said it would cost $1500 to replace. We decided to find someone else this time. We called Affordable Spa Service, Marcos and his team were out to our house the very next day. As soon as they arrived on site they got to work. Within ten minutes they found the problem, a wire had been plugged in incorrectly. They still stayed the hour we paid for to ensure the hot tub heated up and everything functioned properly. Marcos and his team are very good, thorough and don't try to sale anything extra. No problems with our hot tub to this date! I highly recommend Affordable Spa Service!!!
