A few hours later I get a call from Country Leisure and now they say so sorry you didn't pay for lights but for an extra 2 thousand dollars we put them on! Yes we know we was supposed to write it down but we didnt! So sorry ! I just said stop apologizing and do the right thing! Stand up and be accountable for what the deal was! Be responsible for your mistake ! Unfortunately they have chosen not to be responsible for their mistake! I cannot stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff are but there is constant traffic and only one of them working so they're getting run ragged. I went in one morning for a water test and the only employee in the building was working on one and there was one more before me. Within about 7 minutes after I arrived, four more people came in for water tests plus another couple of shoppers who had questions. I felt bad for her because there's only so much one person can do at a time. I went in today in the early afternoon and it was the exact same situation for a different employee. I don't know if it's hard to find help or if the management is completely negligent but somebody needs to help them out. It's peak pool season and everybody is getting pools ready for July 4th. It's insane to only staff one person at a time.
