But I received another bill of $250 a few weeks later, when I asked them why they charge this another $250? they explained that this $250 is the uncovered insurance charge and they also explained to my wife that they have already told me before the treatment( actually they never told me there will be possible $250 charge). They lied to my wife, their explanations were completely different from what they explained to me, when I called them to ask why the front desk didn't inform me the possible insurance charge, they explained that the front desk didn't know it at that time, I think this is a kind of cheating to me, they lied to my wife and me. Although I have paid them the $250 my wife and me decided to leave this office immediately. Continue my review : After 11 month I had my front teeth laminated, it fell off completely now, it has to be repaired. Yesterday I went to another dentist office, I was suggested to put a crown on it. Now I am very regretted to have it laminated last year in Lion Creek dental care. I highly recommend finding another dentist than this one

The technician advised brushing daily and flossing instead. Wouldn't a cleaning and fluoride also help??? Gordon ps The care was unexpected, and the staff was fine. The technician was following the dentist's recommendation. Very disappointed.

They were attentive, answered my calls over the holiday when I needed another round of antibiotics, and overall, I would highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and responsive. If you have to deal with getting an implant, they're a good spot to land.

However, I was never prescribed a sedative in the group of 3 other medications they prescribed for me to pick up, so I assumed I would be given it on the day of my surgery. Nope. When I showed up they immediately took me back and I started panicking and asked where the sedative would be, and they tried to turn it on me and say I never picked it up (later they admitted to having never prescribed it). They still wanted to go ahead with the surgery with NO SEDATIVE and NO PAINKILLERS. At this point I was ready to cancel my surgery on the spot and run, but the doctor offered to make up for it with an IV sedative, *free of charge*. After the surgery I had nightmares for weeks due to how pushy they were to operate on me regardless of not having the proper sedative set up. They also got blood all over my shirt. I had already pre-paid my insurance estimate ahead of time, and just received a bill in the mail stating I owed another several hundred dollars. Upon closer inspection I realized they did end up charging me over $600 extra for the IV sedation that I had been told would be free of charge. The graft itself actually caused worse recession of my gums as it was placed too low and started pulling down my gumline. I went to another periodontist after for a second opinion and they said that not only had the surgery been completely unnecessary, but it was done via a decades out of date technique. They recommended I get treatment immediately for the recession caused by the IPANW surgeon. Lastly, I'd like to give an honorary mention to the receptionists at IPANW who are some of the most miserable, egotistical women I've met in my life. Coming into the office or giving them a call was always an awful experience and they did everything they could to make it as unwelcoming as possible. In the beginning when they'd forgotten to prescribe the oral sedative, they even hung up on me mid-call because they refused to accept that it had been their issue. Later their billing department performed an investigation and found that it had indeed been their fault. I highly, HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place and looking somewhere else. They've caused me so much pain, misery, and financial stress for an operation I hadn't even needed.

In October 2016, I was in the most excruciating pain for about a week because pregnancy hormones…read morehad pushed one of my wisdom teeth out. I finally went to the dentist after realizing that the pain was not subsiding but only increasing. I was referred to Dr. Peysakhov by my dentist to have another look. It turned out, it had not only affected my tooth, but the infection spread from my jaw to my throat, not enabling me to open my mouth wide enough to put food through it with a fork or to breathe easily. Dr. P had said that there has been cases of death and if I were to come in any later, I'd be at an even higher risk. He did one x-ray (since I was pregnant) and realized that I needed to go into surgery immediately. He was very careful with both the anesthesia and the x-ray because I was 11 weeks pregnant. Despite complications and extreme circumstances on my end: I was bleeding more because I was pregnant, I was only allowed local anesthesia because it wouldn't harm the baby, and worst of all, the wisdom tooth roots were wrapped around an artery, a nerve and a vein... Dr. P operated tactfully and efficiently. Some of the tooth is still in-tact but Dr. P was able to get the infected part out. I was instructed to come back after the baby is born to do a full x-ray and examination of the tooth. For recovery, Dr. P gave me his personal cell number and had strictly instructed me to call him every few hours that evening. My husband was out of town working so Dr. P even spoke to my friend who was taking care of me several times that evening as well. In April 2017, I referred my husband to Dr. Peysakhov to get all four of his wisdom teeth removed. The operation was a quick 45 min and Dr. P and my husband both did great! Later that evening, my husband was having a hard time recovering and was in severe pain, so I texted Dr. P at about 7pm on his personal cell informing him of this. Dr. P immediately called me and insisted we meet back at the office so he can give my husband a numbing block and a higher dosage prescription. Overall, Dr. Peysakhov goes above and beyond not only during surgery, but also just importantly, during recovery: He didn't have to give us his personal cell phone number but he did. He didn't have to meet us at the office in Bothell at 9pm while he has a young family at home but he did. We are eternally grateful for Dr. Peysakhov. Not only is he professional, experienced, competent, and compassionate (and has a friendly team) but he practically saved my life while operating an emergency surgery on me while pregnant and was really there for my husband when he was in severe pain while recovering. I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Peysakhov.

Also found it really off putting that regarding my answer of 1gram/day when the dentist asked "do you use marijuana, if so how much?", the dentist said "that sounds like a LOT! What does that even mean? You smoke 12 joints a day?" I mean why even ask or comment if you have absolutely no frame of reference.
