We bought a new build in the Madera community in Queen Creek almost two years ago. The carpet and…read moreflooring issues started immediately after we moved in, and over a full year later of escalating, Tri Pointe still hasn't properly fixed them. Despite multiple visits from their team and subcontractors who themselves admitted the flooring was "messed up," the problems remain. Our entire upstairs tile is cracked and their solution was to fix one tile square which they botched -- using the wrong grout color. When we complained, their response was "it'll fade to the correct color." It never did. Now we have a glaring white grout tile surrounded by grey. Our customer care Manager proposed a lowball buyout to "make us happy". That one year inspection they promised? We still have tape on our walls from when did our initial walkthrough put up by their own employees. Tri Pointe Homes has shown zero accountability and terrible customer service. If you're considering buying from them, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Save yourself the headache, and the stress.
