We were impressed with the time that was given to us by the estimator, Kid, and by Matthew who is the Operations Manager who assisted in the install of our HVAC unit. Throughout the interview process and install, we found them to be courteous, professional and respectful. The price they gave us for the purchase of this system was more than fair compared to other companies we interviewed. They were also punctual in showing up timely, as promised, to install our system. They used drop cloths so as not to leave a mess on our floors and also did a great job of cleaning up after the install was completed. We feel especially good about choosing this company for the backing they will provide us maintenance and any service needed in the years ahead. The gated community we reside in is small, 2,000 homes, and word of mouth goes a long way in either promoting or sharing bad experiences with fellow homeowners. This is a company that we have utmost confidence in and will be promoting with our fellow homeowners.

I wanted another estimate so I got the thermostat but not the other work done. Unit was working when he left, stopped working later - blank screen - had another company come out who said the thermostat was installed incorrectly and cause damage to my unit of $1000s of dollars.
