We have been using them for many years after they were recommended. We love they don't charge for a service call. It is the best marketing they could do. We always call them first. The even better thing is that they are very honest and will give you the options to both fix the issue or replace it. We just had an issue last week with an AC unit last week where it was not cooling. They came out a day later, found it was low on coolant and had a leak. In most cases, having a hot wife is a good thing. In my case it wasn't since we were in the onset of the summer heat in Phoenix and I was out of town. I contacted Joe who is my go to guy for anything HVAC related both for myself as well as my clients (I'm a Realtor) and told him to put us in the queue. When I got into town the next day I found out that we were in the queue for that day and it would be sometime after 8pm. Wow! Talk about a company that isn't just looking to gouge customers and actually care for their clientele! Called their number to request a service call for my split AC in my garage in the peak 107* weather in June. They were booked solid and had an issue, but Joseph took my call and was going to book a tech for the next day (and for no service call, which is incredibly rare....you should change this as your time is valuable!. Texted my issue and he was able to troubleshoot with me step by step to solve it (mind you I am construction savy and do know a bit more advanced than regular customers) - simple $7 fuse fixed it. A/C wasn't working and called on a Sunday, Holiday weekend and got someone out in less than two hours. Julio came and very cousins tried to troubleshoot for well over an hour. He did several tests and took out the refrigerant and put it back in. Checked our attic and air filter. At first, it was most likely a leak and would cost to fix and replace the refrigerant but he was able to reuse the current refrigerant as there ended up not being a leak. Throughout the time he was there, he wasn't able to find the issue and for some reason the unit started working again and has since he left. There was no charge for him since he couldn't figure it out. One! Very honest and upfront. Two, I feel horrible he spent so much time in the hot sun up on the roof and wasn't able to pay for a trip charge or even tip him. I'm honest LOL y shocked that on a Sunday this company would spend time troubleshooting an old unit and not charge anything. This speaks volumes and would highly recommend their service and will use them in the future. I know with our old units they need to be replaced soon and will certainly be reaching out for some quotes. Thank you for all that you do and being an honest company. I called the company number and Joe called back within 30 minutes and said he could come out the following morning to check out the issue. Our AC was not cooling below 80. I did call Joe in the morning he called 30 min later and told me his technician, Julio will come between 2-5. His tech arrived at 2 worked for 2 hours, our AC needed lots of Freon which got very expensive and Julio had repaired a leakage. AC is working well and the house is cold again. outstanding service, the same day. What a great experience I had with these guys! My real estate agent unfortunately had my AC units removed and had damage left. I was living thru the early hot temps this year and staying in the home. Jason found out when I called that I was living in the heat and came for an estimate within the hour. Two weeks later I had brand new Trane units and handlers put in. This estimate was the best I received out of 3 others. They don't make commission so they were very honest. My air conditioning went out Friday night of Memorial Day 3 day weekend. Was referred to Cool hot guys by my brother. When I called they assured me they would come out sometime Saturday, late afternoon. Being a 3 day weekend I was thrilled at the quick appointment. Julio ended up coming at 1:00 a.m., which I didn't mind as I wanted unit fixed. It was a no contact service call. He called me from the roof with the diagnosis and cost and promptly fixed it. He was quickly on his way and my air was fixed. The owner called a couple days later to get my payment. I recommend this company for quality performance and professionalism.
