I mentioned wobble on driver side did not go away, mechanic suggested new tires. So I brought the car to EBuck Automotive, a quality mechanic. They took pictures of the missing bolts aswell as installing said bolts and checked the freon, along with replacing the control arm that was causing the wobble making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. I had a new radiator installed due to a major leak 2 months ago. I called them 2 day a later and…read moresaid it's dropping coolant still I was informed there were still air bubbles in the coolant. I couldn't afford the huge jobs they said I needed. I had another mechanic look at it and there were hose clamps that were not even finger tight and a cracked "Y" connector for those hoses which have everything to do with coolant. I just went to speak to them and now they say they pressure tested it and there was no air in the system . They kept switching the story what they did and didn't do. The actual mechanic said that Y piece cracked because of overheating. Well it has not overheated since before I got the radiator. They treated me as if I was stupid or lying. I'm assuming because I have breasts.. They basically were calling me a liar. Why would I take the time and energy 2 months later for a 200$ fix? If I didn't KNOW they had missed something important. They gave me so many excuses and stories and made it seem like I was trying to sw indie money from them . If you're a woman....do not deal with this shop because they'll try to get you to spend as much as.possible and they'll do a half ass job. THEY ARE NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER . All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for those loose hose clamps and for letting me drive out of there with a cracked 20$ part. Don't even want the 200 it cost me to have it put in by someone doing it as a side gig.. Customer service is terrible and I will never take a vehicle there again! $1300 I spent and I , again. GROSS I was quoted $115 for a total detail job before they saw the car and I fully expected them to add at least $40 for the amount of cleaning they would have to do. They did not add any extra money, they cleaned that car till it looked as new as it could, and it was done in record time. They did such a good job! everybody was surprised how good it looked!!
