She's incredibly kind, transparent, and upfront about everything she knows. She never tries to upsell or pressure customers into unnecessary work, which is so rare in this industry. Her honesty alone gave me confidence that I was in the right place. I originally came in with my 2017 Mercedes AMG after becoming completely frustrated with the regular Mercedes dealership. Their outrageous quotes and unnecessary suggestions made it clear that their only priority was money, not the customer. I've been his customer for a number of years, and every job he's done on my truck has been top notch. I have a story to emphasize his honesty. I recently had a few "nagging issues" that I asked him to estimate for me. One of the issues, a loss of fluid problem, was initially estimated well north of a $1,500 dollars to fix. The truck has over 300,000 miles on the clock, so you sort of expect those things, but this one was "one I could live with", so I deferred that repair until my budget would allow. Meanwhile Ray had the truck for another issue "in the vicinity" of that loss of fluid problem. Contrary to his original diagnosis, his other work around that problem area uncovered a hidden loosened tubing connector. A couple of wrench turns (free gratis), and we're able to discard that expensive estimate. I've been in shops before where I might have never been informed of that discovery, and would have paid for the original estimate.

I had a new radiator installed due to a major leak 2 months ago. I called them 2 day a later and…read moresaid it's dropping coolant still I was informed there were still air bubbles in the coolant. I couldn't afford the huge jobs they said I needed. I had another mechanic look at it and there were hose clamps that were not even finger tight and a cracked "Y" connector for those hoses which have everything to do with coolant. I just went to speak to them and now they say they pressure tested it and there was no air in the system . They kept switching the story what they did and didn't do. The actual mechanic said that Y piece cracked because of overheating. Well it has not overheated since before I got the radiator. They treated me as if I was stupid or lying. I'm assuming because I have breasts.. They basically were calling me a liar. Why would I take the time and energy 2 months later for a 200$ fix? If I didn't KNOW they had missed something important. They gave me so many excuses and stories and made it seem like I was trying to sw indie money from them . If you're a woman....do not deal with this shop because they'll try to get you to spend as much as.possible and they'll do a half ass job. THEY ARE NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER . All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for those loose hose clamps and for letting me drive out of there with a cracked 20$ part. Don't even want the 200 it cost me to have it put in by someone doing it as a side gig.. Customer service is terrible and I will never take a vehicle there again! $1300 I spent and I , again.
