I took one of the electrodes up and saw my skin was blistering. I called and they said bring it back. I took it back and gave it to the che kin gal. I explained what happened and she said she would tell the tech/doctor what happened and they would call me to discuss the "next step", as I still needed to get my heart issue checked out. I included my name and all contact info in the box/bag which contained the heart monitor to make sure this wouldn't fall thru the cracks. No one ever called me to discuss what happened. I decided that if they were ok with letting a possible heart issue just be ignored I'll go over to UCI. That was shameful in my opinion

Thank you Dr. Lee!! The office staff is wonderful too!! Linda (& Bill) H, Anaheim

It just doesn't get any better than THAT folks! Anyone with credentials like that has got to be brilliant and Dr Chan is indeed extremely bright. His expertise is topnotch. He is very thorough, and he explains very well in simple language and slowly. He is an excellent listener and you do not feel rushed with him. His demeanor is charming and calming. He possesses all of the qualities everyone wants their doctors to have, but frequently find lacking. I am 83 and he has been my cardiologist since I moved to Orange County 12 years ago.

He placed a stent for me many years ago and I continue to see him annually for checkups. It always amazes me how he manages to make you feel like you are the only person that matters in the moment, unlike so many other doctors that don't appear to like people. He pays attention to all the details and genuinely cares that you follow through with his advice. 9 times out of 10 he is on time which I love and demonstrates respect for his patient's time, where so many doctors seem to think their time is so much more important than yours. I find his staff to be generally responsive and do a great job too. I cannot recommend him enough.

I feel very fortunate be in this country and have access to such high quality care. Very humbling. Yes, appointments can be hard to get, but I think that reflects more on the complex issues facing our healthcare system, rather than any shortcoming of PCA. Cheers!

AWFUL SCHEDULING PATIENT COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE: On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, between approximately…read more10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., I called 877-430-7337 to schedule a stress test and spoke with a representative named Karen. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely disappointing. After being on hold for more than 45 minutes, Karen was rude, dismissive, and condescending during our conversation. Before I was able to fully address my questions regarding my appointment, she abruptly disconnected the call. Because I was concerned that my appointment had not been properly scheduled, my husband, who is the policyholder, called back shortly afterward to confirm the appointment details. He was connected with Karen again. While attempting to discuss the prior interaction and seek clarification, Karen hung up on him as well. Your phone system states that calls are recorded. Therefore, I am formally requesting that both calls that occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on June 17, 2026, be reviewed and that appropriate corrective action be taken. When I asked to speak with a manager, Karen stated that management was in back-to-back meetings and refused to provide her last name. She repeatedly interrupted us, cut us off while we were speaking, and made no effort to resolve our concerns. Life is stressful enough, especially when dealing with medical appointments. Patients should not be subjected to disrespectful treatment when simply trying to schedule necessary healthcare services. I find it concerning that this type of behavior would be tolerated in a patient-facing role. I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received, that the calls will be reviewed, and that appropriate follow-up action will be taken. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX
