When I finally get it scheduled to get the dirt buffed out of the hood, I come back to find a hood that still has dirt in the paint, scratches on the hood and an attitude from the owner who said "I am done with that car". I should have taken advice to take my car first to an auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, who will scan your "Check Engine" light for free and print out the diagnostic fault code (e.g., P0300). Bring that code to the dealership so you aren't paying $200 just for them to plug in an OBD-II scanner. For this reason, I will not bring my car back to the shop again.
