Yeah looks like we never fulfilled this order. Looks like this happened to a lot of our Seven Hills orders. We can give you a discount on your next order?" Huh??? Why would I order from you again? I had to call them to find out what happened. When I called, they were closed on Monday, their voicemail was full. They have no email. So I had to wait until Tuesday, 2 days later to call. I called a week prior to place my order and they said to order online, so I did. Not sure what else I could have done. They did seem somewhat apologetic but still... how do you just not deliver an order and not even know it either??? They should have delivered them on Tuesday for free at that point.

They helped me get my order in under the wire so that it would be guaranteed delivered in time. They could easily have said that it was too late. They were also great about helping me pick options within the budget I'd set, including the cost of delivery.
