Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets. The only estimate I got was for a replacement for a toilet verbally. I unfortunately am disabled but in the past I have changed these parts myself. It is not hard.
