I always prefer guaranteed product rather than local stuff. So, I bought a 2008 used honda civic from Kenny Ross and dealer told me that car will come as it is with just 20% discount on parts and services for 1000 miles/ 30 days whichever comes first. I was happy because I thought it is a certified car but my happiness was momentary as while driving car back to my home I noticed that AC had some issue so I called dealer next day and in response they told me that they are not responsible for anything. I called them many times and sent an email to their sales person ( seck@kennyross.com ) consumer support person ( rweber@kennyross.com ) too but nobody responded my calls and email. In the end I went to honda dealership and they told me that it was a compressor issue and it will cost me fortune to fix it. Trust me, I would not recommend buying a car from a from a dealership that deny to provide any kind of service or support once you buy product from them. read more

I bought a $61,000 truck. I've had many issues not only with the truck itself but the unprofessional employees. They left me with a illegal truck that I had to pay for. They vowed to correct the mistakes but always fell short. Starter was bad. Had to leave truck running constantly Seat belt was inoperable Had to leave kids at a relatives house Didn't come with spare key Missing floor mats Scratched emblem when new Didn't do the plate transfer Recently After servicing for 5 hours chipping my paint breaking an emblem off, I will never return. ******** 11/11/16 update They continue with their bs. Don't buy a car here. Their used car warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. I took note of how low their Yelp rating is before I went there and should have stayed away. A couple of indicator lights on the console went out. About a month after purchase I asked to have it fixed under the used car warranty. At first the service rep seemed helpful, but I received a call from him a day later saying he talked to the service manager and said "he's not paying" to make it right for the customer. I won't consider this dealer in the future. I won't be giving Kenny Ross Chevrolet any recommendation to someone buying a The prospect of losing sales for a simple trim part on a console seems very shortsighted by this service manager. This place is a joke!!! I took my car into service and after 3 hours in the waiting room someone finally comes out to talk to me and says they can't fix it I have to get it fixed myself !! Now I bought my car and warranty trough Kenny ross and since they can't fix it now it's my problem and the problem with my car is covered in my warranty and they won't own up to it , I will never buy a car here again read more

Jon Kiser almost immediately responded to an email inquiry I sent regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The individualized service we received was more than I ever expected. This is the most inept dealership I have ever dealt with. They tell you one price, they tell you they made a mistake and it is now doubled. They tell you they decided not to do the work and put the old part back in and now they cannot make it run. The item was a battery, $139.99 according to parts. I went in personally and was told $139.99 and $24.95 for installation and with tax about $175. We left the car, and a good thing we did or we would have to walk home, and my cell phone number, and when my wife went in to get the car they told her the price was doubled so they are putting the old battery back in because they could not contact us. They told us 10 or 15 minutes and we can leave, no harm, no charge. After about 30 minutes they tell us they lost the program to the car during the transfer of the battery. After another 90 minutes, they tell us they cannot load a new program until Cadillac Service Center comes back in on Monday morning. They keep telling me, don't worry, there is no charge. I asked them if they used the battery maintainer and they told me they never use one and don't even have one in the shop. It is not after 10 the following Monday and no contact so I called the GM, Mark somebody, and he is going to look into it. Be afraid, be very afraid and look elsewhere for service. I bought a new 2015 Impala. Decent price, but I asked for $500 more off and that was declined. When connecting the OnStar, I found it had been in someone else's name. I asked if this car had been purchased and returned previously. The answer was "No, it's never been titled". That's a little misleading since in PA, a contract can be undone within 3 days. So it could have been returned and not titled. Anyways, I like the car so I took it. I went on the Kenny Ross website to get photos to share online. I found my car $1000 cheaper. I called to inquire about the price and was told it was a misprint. (Of course it was) I then found scratches on the read bumper which they did fix quickly and well. In the meantime, my wife had an issue with her car. While getting the scratches fixed (2nd day after purchase), I asked if I could have my trade back and pay in cash instead. I was told I could but the dealership had already invested $1300 in my trade and I'd need to pay that too. I doubt they put that money in the car already since the contract could still have been undone and that car was a 2010 Malibu with 24k miles and garage kept. I would be willing to pay the cost to the dealership if they actually had serviced the vehicle but not the retail service price. Anyway...Kenny Ross is not easy to deal with and, in my opinion, they are not very honest. I've purchased 3 new vehicles from Kenny Ross and each time, I've had to fight tooth and nail to get any small concession out of them. I don't think I'll buy another from them. read more

Last month I bought a used 2014 Chevy Cruze with 25619 miles as a Certified Pre-Owned car. I asked the salesman, John Critchfield, whether the tires were still the original equipment tires, and he replied that they were not, so I assumed the car had decent tires. A couple of weeks later, I decided to have a close look at the tires, and noticed that I could see the wear bar already, so I brought in the car to have the tires checked. I was told that the tires had 4/32 of tread left on them which was enough to pass inspection (2/32 is needed to pass inspection) and they would do nothing about the tires. I checked the service history of the vehicle and found no record of the original equipment tires being replaced, so I asked John Critchfield if he had any proof that the tires were replaced as he had previously told me. He replied that he did not. It's obvious that John Critchfield lied to me when he told me that the car did not have its original tires. I went to another dealership, they told me that it's standard policy for certified used cars to have at least 5/12 tread on them when they're sold. Needless to say, I would not recommend buying a car from a salesman who is a liar, and from a dealership that tolerates lying by its sales people. read more
