When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently. Reminds me of my late grandpa. He came with one other person (I'm assuming it is his wife) that was waiting in the car. He attempted to pick the lock, but that didn't work so he had to drill a hole into the doorknob. He replaced the doorknob with a new one and that probably took 30 minutes. He rekeyed the new doorknob so we wouldn't have to change our current keys. His prices are really reasonable so I tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept it. Bless his heart.
