As we came through Columbus at 7:00 in the morning we saw Big Horn Tire. Although we figured we would need to wait for them to open, we saw the garage doors open so we pulled in. The manager, CJ was quick to discover that we had a nail in the tire. He let us know that he opens the doors of the shop early for situations like this and was happy to help us get it fixed and on our way! The tire was repaired quickly and, to top it off, when we went to pay, CJ told us not to worry about it and that he just wanted us to remember the awesome weekend wedding and to get home safely! We did! We made it all the way home to Oregon and the tire is still holding strong! Thank you CJ and thank you Big Horn Tire, what a life saver!

Prices were fair, they did a full diagnostic that was online and I could keep for further reference. They let me know what I needed to fix now and what could be shelved for later. They showed me on my car what each problem was, how it affected driving, and how replacing parts would fix it.
