Ken's is run by Javier, manager and Ken's son and these guys only fix what is needed on your car. They don't sell you repairs your vehicle just doesn't need. My boyfriend went there today to get my flat tire fixed and change out the tires that needed to get changed out. When he got there apparently all their "mechanics" had nothing to do. They had no customers (I wonder WHY?? lol) and stared him down like if they were thugs or tire shop mafia or something. My car was rattling when I drove I've 40 miles an hour and thought my suspension was shot. Took it to Kens and was told I needed new tires. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable. If all you need is a flat tire to be repaired, you're better off going somewhere else. These people charged me $15 to patch 1 nail.
