I am so happy I had my 2 year old's birthday at Laro Tayo! Our toddler is usually very shy, but because we've been here a couple of times in the past, she immediately warmed up for her birthday party and walked around like it was her second home. We rented the entire facility for her birthday because are so many toys and activities for every kid and spaces for everyone to sit and eat, so I had nothing to worry about. We added on a balloon drop and bubble party which entertained the kids for a good amount of time and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect birthday. Joysha is the sweetest! She provided tape and scissors when I needed it, she handled the clean up, she left a cute little message on the board wishing my daughter a happy birthday, she checked people in, took gifts and set them aside so I didn't have to worry about receiving anyone, and I even later found out that she had people label their gifts so that when we opened them at home, I knew exactly who to thank. That sort of attention to detail made me really happy and relieved that we went with Laro Tayo for our girl's special day. She didn't want to leave when the party ended and I totally understand because I want to live there too! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time and for providing this warm and safe space for our little ones.

Today I came back with my 2 kids to play inside, it feels very comfortable relaxing as I sit and chill watching my kids play. They have single stall bathrooms with diaper changing table; water fountain and water bottle filling station. We came for the afternoon play session and the kids wouldn't leave until 2:30 when they closed; after they closed and we walked by outside, I saw the owner spraying and clean the toys.

The Grand Hall would host approx 200 people during current COVID restrictions, otherwise up to 400. Custodial, tables/chairs, linens and some centerpieces would be included, making this venue more coordinated and less stressful than some of the other venues I looked at in terms of planning. The in house catering for the grand hall was the only reason for not choosing the venue due to concerns of the caterer and certain Asian dishes we wanted for our wedding. Ashley, the event coordinator gave me a tour, invited me to the tasting and well followed up with me. She is a warm and friendly person to talk with. I've had struggles with other venues in trying to get them to even respond and response with other venues generally took days if not weeks. Ashley is quick to respond and thoroughly answers all of your questions. I very much appreciated her.

Great open air campus with plenty of new incoming buildings. Perfect college facility with available llc rental spaces in it's surrounding areas for public&students. Awful part is after a protest caused by Ely the president, she got fired from it. However, didn't actually improve at all. Then the school renamed 'Greenriver' without the word 'community'. They no longer prioritize affordable finances for low income families, eliminating several programs for budget cuts. Those who need to get through financial aid might face a lot of difficulties.

The…read morespace is just right for our large family to have seating, 4 buffet tables, space for photo backdrops and a table for gifts. Accommodates up to 72 people. The high ceiling and 3 large, glass roll down garage doors make the space feel super big and bright. We have been here in summer when they were opened up and the kids were able to run and play in the real grass field right next to the building. In late fall with the doors closed it is very warm and cozy inside, even with the entrance door open. There is a small kitchen in the corner complete with sink, glass stove top and oven plus counter space. No refrigerator that I noticed though so bring your coolers and ice. There is plenty of parking with large enough spots to easily accommodate a large SUV and open doors comfortably. Inside there are two restrooms, one for men and women, not unisex, but they have a changing table (at least the women's restroom did). The building is adjacent to a small park. It's nice but be sure to not leave any valuables in your car as there can be some shady characters hanging about. After our event was done it helps to have family/ friends pitch in for the quick cleanup. Tables and chairs need to be stacked into their trolleys and the floors quickly swept. They provide the cleaning stuff like the large sweeper, etc. many hands make light work so for our large party clean up only took about 15 minutes. It's a good thing to model respect for the venue space to the littles and have the kids help out with clean up. Make it a game and it's even easier. Overall this is a great venue and we would definitely come back again.

Most recently we had a baby shower "Ahoy it's a boy" themed party. I called about 4 weeks before to reserve the space for about $200 for 5 hours. The representative was professional and easy to work with. On the day of the event, the attendee met me about a hour before and stayed on the property until after the event. I love this venue because outside there is a playground for the kids, there are huge windows that open up as doors to the outside, and they provide tables, chairs and there's a fridge, oven and kitchen space. No microwave! The party was a huge success and everyone had a great time. We will most likely reserve again for future events. I love the location in Auburn it's easy to get to and in the middle of Tacoma and Seattle. You can bring your own music, coolers and decorations. Must have painters tape or blue tape for the walls if you put up decor. No alcohol unless you have a permit. Thanks City of Auburn for having such a beautiful venue available to the public for a great price.

It's perfect for people watching. You can catch fishermen and fisherwomen, scuba divers and people in boats, runners, and people searching around for treasures down in the shells. It's really a place for most anyone to find something to keep busy with. You can just sit and relax and listen to the sound of the waves gently wash in if you like the simpler side of life. I'd say it's probably one of my favorite parks.

Do not swim in this water. Seriously. There's also a long pier, part of the marina area, where people enjoy crabbing and fishing off of. Low tide will yield several delightful sea creatures for your viewing pleasure. The park also has the benefit of a large grass area, which is used for all sorts of events during the summer months. Beyond that there's a very nicely maintained, paved trail. The over all area is a nice place to get out and enjoy the fresh air while there are a bunch of little cafes/restaurants all along to main road.
