He did a great job and when it was done the price was exactly what he quoted me and he did the work faster than he told me it would be done . very satisfied with his work. After a few hours of waiting he told Patty he had been there for 3 hours and wanted to know what was happening. She told him that it hadn't been 3 hours, only 2.5. Eventually they let him know they had to order parts to take my tires off and the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. At 3:30 (5 hours after my car was checked in) my dad was dropped off by a dealership car. Oh and Patty misheard him when he told her where he wanted to get dropped off and told him to call an Uber. We went to go get my car today and it was returned to me covered in bird poop. The video they took of my car when checking it in proves it wasn't not brought in like that. I bought my car from this dealership. This is insane. Not to mention I was scheduled for another appointment next week that was not requested or needed???? Get it together
