I couldn't believe that they had any customers left when I got the bill and had a chat with the young lady at the counter. They couldn't find a leak in the tire but managed to charge me forty four dollars that I later saw included disposal of the tire that was never fixed and still on my car. Then the junk mail and "reminders" started pouring in. I asked the woman what oil changes were up to now thinking , perhaps, $40 or maybe even $50. She explained that it's only $20 but once you included the price of the filter and the oil it was over $150.00. WAY overpriced racket that should have closed decades ago. I don't know why it's still there.

As far as cost goes he's the best, just Had 4 calipers replaced on my Tundra which were seizing causing an awful loss of breaking. He was extremely reasonable in his pricing, considering the time to find parts etc. Not all suppliers had the parts in stock. He has also fixed my Buick 4 door sedan which had a bad control arm bushing, in which the previous owner of Joes Service could not find. I now drive in confidence. Best to you all! JB

I had been a loyal Firestone customer and before I bought a new car I had the Brockton location due…read moremy oil changed but when I bought a brand new car I did not trust them to do my oil change (that should have been a clue) but I am incredibly loyal and still trusted them for tires and alignments. I got a nail in my tire and went in for a patch... At first the guy did not want to look at my tire because it was drizzling rain but finally he did go out side. They said due to the overall shape of my two year old tires the whole tire needed to be replaced I did not question that but when I asked for a price he did not want to check for the price now because the tire was not in stock and he would call me at work later. I did not want to give them my business. OK now I believe I need 2 New tires to match the other 2 on the car. I called Town Fair tire in the Westgate Mall because a coworker recommended them...they quoted me a price for the correct brand size but the wrong model number so it would not match the other 2 on the car. In comes Justine from the Sullivan tire web site/call center and she asked if I was sure the model number I gave her was the correct model. She did some research and disovered they quoted me the wrong tire. I contacted Town Fair back and they turned it back on me how do I not know what tires are on my car and it is not there fault I spoke with the call center not them. Needless to say I decided to go with Sullivan Tire now bare in mind I had not stepped in the store. This morning I go in the store prepared to spend $406...The guy said Firestone was trying to up sell you all you need is a $30 patch which is what I sought in the begining. I am now loyal to Sullivan Tire...I know why they have been in business 62 years!!!!!!!!

I brought the car to be repaired, if the technicians were incapable of performing the repair then why was this listed a completed on my receipt and money exchanged for the service? Terrible company with sub-par employees. Take your vehicle anywhere other than Sullivan Tire. The Employee working behind the counter at their Fairhaven location is a HUGE liability for this company. Sees no problem in charging for services not performed because of "difficulty," and no need to inform the customer.
