His knowledge of all the different materials and pricing, helps me make the right decision for the farm. Tony also takes the time to make sure he delivers the material right and doesn't make a mess. From a distance last time, I saw him moving some clay that I had spilled so he didn't grind it into the driveway with his truck. That is service from a man who only knows how to do the job right. I heard back today and Corporate has refunded me the total cost ($540), minus the cost of a local, 1 day rental, which is very fair. Many thanks to those involved my making this decision.

I work for one of their competitors. Unfortunately, the car carrier I was promised to be able to…read morerent at my employer fell through. And to make matters worse, I found out a day before I was set to go out of state! I was in a jam. I needed a car carrier. I went to UHaul in Cuyahoga Falls and spoke to the General Manager, Gabby. I walked in wearing my company logo Hoodia. Oops. Gabby and I had a laugh about it. Anyway, I told her about my situation and she happily was able to reserve for me a car hauler. I picked it up the next day and towed my collector car to Pigeon Forge TN for the big car show, the Rod Run. I just wanted to say that Gabby was wonderful and made my situation a lot better! She made my whole rental experience a pleasurable one and highly recommend anyone who is in need of towing equipment to go see Gabby at the Cuyahoga Falls location! And the Area Service Manager Mike was also very helpful to show me how their equipment (vs how ours is) works. Great job by all! ​

It is away from densely populated areas, though close to Ravenna and Streetsboro and I-80, I-480. It is a very secure facility; high fences and sturdy separated buildings, secured gated entry after hours. Easy access to facility and your unit. Office is on the premises, so they also keep an eye on things. Everything here is clean and well maintained. The office sells locks and related items in case you need them and, as mentioned earlier, the owner and staff are happy to be helpful. It is hard to imagine how a storage facility could be better. I am confident my stuff is safe from both weather and people, so that why I keep it here :)

After all they provide storage, truck rental and uniforms. Storage: Many sizes to to fit any budget and weather proof doors. Secure gate accessible 24/7/365 and active video camera protection, plus high fences and buildings that are not all connected adding to the security of each unit. Truck rental: Quality trucks at a reasonable price. Clean, well maintained and helpful staff. Free truck usage to gather your stuff and move it in the first time! Who does that? Uniform/Embroidery/silk screen: This place is miss named. Route 14 Storage is a great storage facility, but, the embroidery, silk screen, uniform aspect is unbelievably diverse. Uniforms, logos, t-shirts, jerseys, security uniforms, novelty items, hats, pens, etc. all available at this facility. A graphic designer is on staff to help you design anything you need from hats to pants to pens to whatever you need (even shoes?). I love this place and the people who staff it! Last Minute online reservation…read more Of all the locations in the area this was the only one that I was able to select a pick up time and go through the entire reservation process without making a phone call. Called to double check... sure enough... they had the reservation... and they open at 7 am! Check out and in was smooth and fast. The trailer even came with a lock! The only problem was our GPS... they are located at the corner of 59 and 14... they used to be in the middle of nowhere on 14... if your GPS tells you to turn on Chestnut in Ravenna and head out of town... STOP... stay on 59!
