In less than 2 1/2 hours, they fixed a water leak in the front glass of my 10-passengers 2018 Ford Transit - an AMAZING job!

We're also sure there are other customers that have had whatever situational friction worth considering. That said, I doubt the issue lies with Cap Hill Auto. Mr. Charucksiri - Chris - has now over the past couple of years unfailingly rendered repairs and maintenance efforts of the highest quality on-time and within (sometimes under) budget. It's to the point where I texted my partner that he managed to erase history. Your opinion - and mileage - will vary, I hope. I ask you at least to have a look for yourself at the before and after attached here. If you value quality highest, I think you've found the place to go. "Man, money ain't got no owners, only spenders." - Omar Little, 'The Wire' Just note - Chris is easier to get in touch with by email.

They ordered the replacement parts quickly, coordinated everything with me clearly, and had the repairs completed within just a few days. The paint match looked perfect, and you honestly can't even tell the car was damaged. Between the body repair, electrical work, and overall customer service, I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Even when I've needed a repair beyond the norm that would be a bit pricey he recommended I shop around to see if maybe someone could do it for cheaper first. I am always surprised by the number of new model and high priced luxury cars that are brought into the shop. When I bought my new used car a few years ago I brought it in for the once over and would only finalize the purchase after this shop said it looked good. Over 200k miles later, outside of minor things, I have only needed brakes and a starter over the years. More than a decade ago I had an estimate given for a repair from another shop for a drivetrain differential issue (big trouble and huge dollars). I was told by AAMCO that the issue required an entire new differential system ($2500)!! On a recommendation from a friend, I took the car to Hi Tech and the owner, Mr. Long Ho, after assessing the issue realized all that was needed was a shift solenoid which cost only $50.....installed!!! From that day on Long Ho is the only person to work on my vehicle. He does it all, even auto electric. He even allows you to bring in parts that you buy online or from an auto parts store like Advance Auto or Pep Boys. Because I like high performance ceramic brake pads and drilled rotors, I bring in my own brake components and he installs them no issue for the same fixed price. The shop is all by itself on the outskirts of what was once the glorious Landover Mall. The Mall was demolished about 10 years ago but Long Ho and his shop in the parking lot remained. It is on an island all by itself, but still thriving because he is honest and low priced. It is hard scrabble but do not let the looks deceive you. It you want the glitz and free coffee from dealerships, this is not the place for you. If you want an honest estimate of your car's issue at a low price, done in an efficient amount of time....this is the place. The waiting room is sparse and the restroom is super basic so plan on dropping off and not waiting there unless it is something minor that will take an hour or two. The words "honest mechanic" and "low price auto repair" are the most important words here. Disregard the hard scrabble, Spartan surroundings. Trust Long Ho, he and his crew are fair and honest and those words are worthy of five stars.
